Introduction

Huang City, the home of the government and the purest citizens of the world. Huang City holds those who are worthy, wealthy and important. Only those born in the city may reside and everyone runs the risk of being exiled forever.

Enclosed in the five large walls that enclose the city is a young boy, Jeon Jeong Guk. His parents, like himself, were born within the city and deemed pure and of high society.

Jeongguk lived his life peacefully, enjoying time with the other children his age and going to school to become smart and successful.

Everything changed on the day he turned eighteen.

On his eighteenth birthday, he discovered something. He discovered he had abilities like no other. He could cause corruption, a disease so horrible that when a person is affected, they die, slowly, until the day the corruption consumes them completely.

Jeongguk had caused corruption of both his parents, and in response, they called the guards that resided and protected within the walls.

He was seen as "the devil" and as an abomination and especially as impure. Impurities are forbidden within the walls, so he was imprisoned and sentenced to death.

His only survival: escape and live outside the walls and hide his abilities forever.

Outside the city lived six males, all with abilities of their own.

Kim Tae Hyung was born and raised in a village outside of Huang with his little sister, Min Ah. In the village, named Iseul, from the moment he turned thirteen, he became the male who protected the children. On his nineteenth birthday, he learned he was telepathic and has lived that way since, using his abilities to help aid the children of his village.

Kim Nam Joon lived within the walls of the city, the son of the dictator's right-hand-man. He was well aware of what happens to those with abilities, so when his ability of talking to animals awoke on his eighteenth birthday, he ran away and left the city. He found Iseul and has lived there ever since.

Min Yoon Gi was also born within the city, but when his parents died when he was six, he ran away and ran out of Huang, finding himself in a village named Jong. He discovered his ability to manifest and manipulate fire on his eighteenth birthday and his it well. One night when he was nineteen, he was having a nightmare as he slept, and when he woke, Jong was destroyed in a pillage of fire. From that point on, Yoongi had to relocate and found himself in Iseul with Taehyung and Namjoon. When he accidentally revealed his abilities, the people of Iseul began to believe he was a deity, and from that point on, Yoongi played into that belief and became a god in the village's eye, completely open about his abilities.

Kim Seok Jin was also born within the walls of the city, the son of the infamous doctor who could heal almost anything. He trained Seokjin to become him, and when Seokjin turned eighteen, he learned his healing extended more that just medical knowledge. He could heal people just by touching them and using his abilities. He was able to hide his abilities until he was twenty and his father caught him using his abilities on a patient. Seokjin ran for as long as he could, finding himself within Iseul and befriending the males with abilities that entered Iseul before him.

Park Ji Min lived inside Huang with his mother and elder brother, Ji Yeong. When his elder brother was discovered to have abilities on his own eighteenth birthday when Jimin was only seventeen, Jiyeong was sentenced to death and killed before Jimin's own eyes. Jimin decided to run away, fearing he would have abilities as well. That's how he found himself in Iseul, befriending those who came before him. He discovered his abilities when he was nineteen after being able to convince a guard from Huang to kill themselves. That's where he learned he had the ability of coercion.

Jung Ho Seok was born in the village of Duri. He lived his life calmly, enjoying the nature and life, discovering he had the ability to see the future when he turned eighteen. When he was twenty, he was given a vision of Huang killing the people within his village, but didn't want to believe his vision, until Huang decided to seize his village for farming and began to kill everyone on one fateful day. Hoseok did the only thing he could think of and ran. He ran away until he found himself in Iseul, meeting all five other males who found Iseul before him.

One year later and they all had met Jeon Jeongguk and everything had changed.
