The girls were at Applejack's farm, hanging out. They needed answers, who caused Rainbow Dash to fall asleep? Why would they do it?
Applejack: This just don't feel right.
Sunset: You mean how Pinkie Pie has no idea how to work on the farm?
Pinkie was being chased by chickens (LOL).
Pinkie: AAAAHHHH!!!! THE CHICKEN'S COMING!!! THE CHICKEN'S COMING!!!! HEEEEELLLLPPP!!!!!
Applejack: ...No. Well, yeah, but that's not it.
Sunset: What is it, then?
Applejack: It just ain't the same without Rainbow Dash...Any word from Princess Twilight?
Sunset checked her journal, no reply.
Sunset: No, she hasn't gotten back to me.
Rarity: Poor Fluttershy, she feels just awful about Dashie.
Fluttershy was sitting in the corner, crying.
Twilight: It's not her fault, there's Equestrian magic in her. You can't blame her.
Sunset: But how do we get rid of it? Last time this happened, Rainbow Dash turned evil.
Twilight: That was different, the Storm King's remaining magic was in the amulet and it corrupted her.
Sunset: Yeah, but we ponied up and shattered the amulet. Do we just pony up now and be rid of this dark magic?
Twilight: Hold on, let's not jump to conclusions. I think it's best if we find out who's responsible.
Sunset's journal began to glow, Twilight was writing back to her. She said:
I dunno, Sunset, but you should be careful. I think Rainbow Dash might be in an enchanted slumber. I read somewhere that if those aren't treated, in 3 days, they become permanent!
Applejack: What'd she say?
Sunset: *Gasp!* Rainbow Dash could be in an enchanted slumber!
Applejack: What?!? Are you serious?
Sunset: Yes!! We have to do something! Otherwise, in 3 days, say goodbye to Rainbow Dash!
Rarity: You mean...
Rarity fainted.
Twilight: You mean, if it's not treated, she'll be asleep forever?
Sunset: Yeah.
Uh-oh, the girls needed answers right away! They had to find a way to save Rainbow Dash before it was too late!
