Living with Aizawa wasn't really that different from living in the Home.
In a way, [y/n] sort of preferred that place to where he was, now, considering that he at least had friends, there.
Well, sure, there were the occasional visits from Yamada or other random heroes checking him out. And once, Dr. Kohana had even come to check on him. But, the boy missed people his age and useless conversations and admiring Akako's drawings.

But now, he was just lounging on the sofa as Aizawa sat in this kitchen, hunching over what was probably paperwork. The younger had been reading, until he heard the older mutter something about a 'problem child'. And so of course he couldn't help but feel a bit anxious, thinking that he was the problem child.
"U-um-" [Y/n] mumbled, playing with the fingers of his gloves. It almost went by unnoticed, thanks to how his mask muffled the noise. "If I'm doin' something wrong, uh, can you let me know? I don't want to trouble you-"
"Wait, what?" The ravenette asked, setting his pen aside to focus on his ball of fear and anxiety and hurt. The [t/s] boy definitely seemed nervous, as he peeked toward him.
"I mean- I don't want to be a p-problem to you, is all-"

[Y/n] was cut off by a chuckle, resonating from the humorless Aizawa, himself. "Calm down, kid." He spoke, stepping to lean his arms onto the back of the couch. "I was talking about one of the students in my class."

[Y/n] made a little 'o' with his mouth, brows raising, too. "O-oh." He mumbled, gaze falling as he started to pop his knuckles. His cheeks felt warm- Of course, not everything was about him. He shouldn't have assumed as he had.
"[Y/n]." Aizawa's use of the name stole his attention- Well, yes, their first name basis was encouraged, considering the man was his legal guardian. That didn't make the younger any less iffy about the idea.
-He didn't smile, but instead kept his expression soft. That definitely seemed to ease the [h/c] haired boy's nerves, "You didn't do anything wrong. Worry less."

At the moment, [y/n] was home alone, finishing up his latest book- At the rate he was reading, Aizawa'd have to start buying more. Well, either way, he was seated on his bed, flipping to the next page as a little tune sounded from his phone- One of the many things gifted to [y/n] to help him feel comfortable.

"Hi." He spoke as he answered the call, knowing that it could only really be one of three contacts. None would make sense, though, considering it was still sort of early and the teachers were at UA,  by then.
"[Y/n]. Are you feeling better, today?" Mumbled the tired Mr. Aizawa, genuinely sounding concerned. [Y/n] couldn't lie, he did like how tentatively he was being treated.
"What do you mean?" He asked in a bit of a hum, deciding to mark his page and flop down, onto his back. The warmth his bed offered was nice.
"You were extra nervous, yesterday." The ravenette commented through the phone, "Also, did you eat the noodles I left? I know they aren't much, but you need to eat."

He smiled, grateful to the other. "Yeah, I did. Um- Thanks. For the food, and for, you know, cari-"
Aizawa was interrupted by a feminine voice, though, speaking above his planned words. "Sensei, who are you calling? You sound like a worried dad! Like- Dadzawa!" She immediately laughed after mentioning it, though the comment wiped any sign of a smile from his face. For a bit, he could hear movement, before the slamming of the door.

"[Y/n], I'm sorry- That was one of my students- She doesn't-"
"Know..." He spoke up, aware that very few really knew about him. "Um- I-I know. I can't hold it against her."
He could almost feel Aizawa's bad mood through his cell, deciding to change the subject: "Also- I was wondering if, you know, maybe I could?..." His voice trailed off into a mumble inaudible to the teacher.
"Can you-" The aforementioned paused, probably pinching the bridge of his nose, as he often did to cope with oncoming headaches. "-Can you please speak up?"

"Um, maybe sometime, I could... Meet your students? It's just that, uh, I don't really know many people my age..."
Aizawa let out a little breath. "Y'know what?- The class has a trip, in the next day or two. How about, after we get that over with, I'll see if I can take you to UA, and introduce you?"

[Y/n] smiled under his mask, "That'd be great. Thanks so much, Aizawa."
