As I wake up to a bright light shining in my eyes, I knew something was off. It was never bright in my room, and whatever was underneath me was very hard. When I open my eyes and see trees, I quickly sit up. This is not my room.

"You're right, this is not your room." I whip around when I hear a deep and slow voice. I feel my eyes widen as I stare at the stranger, his green eyes staring at me intently. He smiled as another man, slightly shorter, appeared next to him. The shorter man has icy blue eyes that seem to look through me as I start to panic.

"How did you do that? Where is my family? They're ok, right?" I ask, my heart pounding in my chest. The shorter guy comes over and helps me up.

"Your family is fine. They're at your house." The taller guy says, his eyes now on the shorter man.

"You're dead." The blue eyed guy says, looking bored.

"Lou, you're being blunt. She's human." The taller one says.

"What do you mean I'm Dead? Who ARE you?" I yell, frustration causing tears to stream down my face.

"Well, my name is Hades. This is Lucifer. You are in the in between, which is where you come when you go into a coma." The taller one, Hades, says. Lucifer tries to suppress a small smile.

"You can call me Louis and this is Hades over here," Louis says, putting his arm around Hades. "Hades can be called Harry." I stand up, a look of distrust still painted on my face. I look around and see my small town of Whitby, New Yorkshire, England. I spot my tiny house across the tiny park and slowly walk up to the door, noticing that I don't step so much as glide.

I jump as Harry appears beside me, causing Louis' twinkling laugh to ring through the town. I shoot Louis a glare before I rest my hand on the door handle. I twist lightly and the door swings open, an effect of my brother slamming it open when he got home from school. I smile fondly at the little entryway as I glide to the kitchen, hoping to see a batch of my mother's' homemade cookies.

I sgh with disappointment as Louis looks around in wonder. Harry has disappeared, and I wonder where until I hear something fall in my room.

"Harry! What did you break?" I ask, a slight scolding tone in my voice.

Harry walks out of the room with a sheepish grin on his face, holding up a picture from when I was a baby. I quickly grab the picture, annoyed that Harry was snooping. "Why did you take the picture?" Louis asks, and I quickly wipe away a stray tear.

"Oh, um. No reason. Sorry for getting upset." I tell Harry, who nods with an understanding smile.

"I forgot that mortals like privacy. My bad!" Harry says, and Louis smiles.

"Anyway, how can I get back?" I ask, and Harry pulls me into my room. Louis sighs and I assume they do this often.

"Louis and I have one term each. Mine is simple. You have to get Louis to go on a... a date. With me, a date with me." Harry clears his throat, a blush growing on his face. "You need to get Louis to go on a date with me." Harry says, and I nod.

"OK."

"OK? That's it?" Harry asks, disbelieve on his face. I nod and Louis appears. Harry is gone, and I turn to look at Louis.

"What is your term?" I ask, and Louis' cheeks flush pink.

"I need you to help me ask Harry on a date." Louis says, and I smile.

"Oh this will be too easy." I say, and Louis looks confused. "First, you need to pick a place. I recommend the park. It's where all the couples go." Louis nods, a smile on his face

"Ok, what next?" He asks, and I grin.

"I will make some food. What does he like?" I ask, and Louis gives me a list.

"Tacos, corn, he hates olives." Louis says, and I nod.

"We've got a plan."
