{INKS POV}
Funny thing about me...I can't swim. I never learned how to, mostly because every time I take a bath, my body cramps up. And I'm sore for the rest of the day. And my other excuse is just being lazy. But I still like creating the waterfalls for all of my AU'S.
But I don't tell anyone my secret...mainly because all they would do is laugh. Especially Error, my crush.
I know its weird, an emotionless freak falling in love with his own enemy? I'm not sure how it happened really. It just did...if Error knew my weakness he would just laugh or...use it against me...
But enough about me! I have to check on a AU!
{THIRD POV}
Ink entered the world of UNDERTALE, he closed the portal behind him. Everyone was asleep at this time, so it was the perfect time to make sure there were no problems.

Ink finished checking all of Snowdin. He smiled and sighed in relief knowing that this area was safe for now. He was about to teleport to the ruins when suddenly he heard a dog barking behind him. He turned around to see the cute white dog. His smile grew.
"I guess I can stay and play with you for a bit" Ink said.
"Bark! Bark!" the dogs tail started to wag. Ink let out a chuckle.
Suddenly the dog grabbed Inks large paintbrush and started to run off with it at high speeds.
"Hey!! I need that back to get home!!" Ink shouted as he got up and ran after the dog. He wasn't paying attention to where he was going since he was focused on getting his paintbrush back, as he ran straight onto thin ice of a deep lake. The dog made it across only leaving small cracks.
But as Ink was half way across, the ice broke! And he fell into the icy cold water giving his boney body a shock. He tried to swim back up but the cold water took most of his energy and he felt the cramps in his legs.
For 5 whole minutes he was trying to get the sweet taste of air...but finally...he let out his only breath of air...as they became bubbles as they floated to the surface of the water...Inks vision grew blurry and everything went black.....
{ERRORS POV}
I was sitting in the anti-void, bored out of my fucking mind. I wanted to go destroy one of squids stupid 'master pieces'. But every time I tried to, he would always try to kick my ass.
I suddenly had an idea, I can just go annoy him like I always do. Not by destroying his creations sadly, but calling him names is the second best thing.
I located his presence and teleported to the AU he was in...but something seemed...off...
"Squid??" I called out one of the names I give him. I walked around for a bit, until I saw something that really caught me off guard.
A dog was chewing on Inks stupid paintbrush!? I lifted the dog in the air using my strings and picked up the paintbrush.
Something was DEFINETLY wrong, Ink would NEVER have his paintbrush be taken so easily! And if it was taken from him or even lost it he would always find a way to contact me to help him find it. Sure we were enemies but I hate it when we fight...or even argue. I felt my anxiety crawl down my spine. I noticed the dogs footprints it left behind in the snow before it got here were still there. I dropped the dog and followed the footprints with a quickened pace.
"S-SHORTY?" I called out using another one of his nicknames, but slightly louder. I finally reached a lake with thin ice. My eyes widen as I saw a large hole in the middle of the lake....n-no..he couldn't-
"INK!!!!" I yelled as I ran to the middle of the lake and dove into the icy cold water, I didn't care about my clothes getting wet. I just wanted to find Ink.
I kept swimming down until I saw a lifeless like body slowly sinking to the bottom. I recognized that brown scarf they wore. It was definitely Ink. I quickly swam towards Ink grabbing him. We were so far down I knew I wouldn't be able to make it back up to the surface, as I was too desperate for air. I quickly summoned a portal and swam to it.
I was back in the anti-void, completely wet and gasping for air. As soon as I caught my breath I quickly ran to Inks limp body.
"Ink! Inky can you hear me?!" there was no response, I quickly pulled out his soul, it had no glow.
"FUCK!!" I knew what it meant...it meant the monster wasn't breathing and their soul and themselves would become dust if nothing was done about it soon. If I didn't do something...Ink would die...thank Science Sans for teaching me this shit.
I carefully placed the soul in between my skeletal hands and pushed down on it with my thumbs...only a small flicker for a quick second, but it meant I wasn't too late. I continued to press down, if I could get his soul to glow again longer than a second he'll start breathing. I used numbers to help me keep track of how many times I was pushing down.
"1, 2, 3...1, 2, 3...come on Inky...1, 2, 3, come on..." there was no response...tears threatened to leave my eyes but I kept going.
"1! 2! 3!...1! 2! 3! DAMNIT INK BREATH!!" I shouted, I knew there was another option. But I am scared to do it- No...I have to stay DETERMINED.
I quickly put my (mouth??) against his giving him my air. His (lips???) were so cold yet so soft...But I have to stay focused. I continued this every 6 pushes on his soul...tears finally flooded my vision, as 4 minutes have passed and still...nothing...
"DONT YOU FUCKING LEAVE ME DAMNIT!!! I NEED YOU!!!!" I sobbed. I pressed harder on his soul and gave him longer mouth to mouth contact....my mind went blank...I lost track of time......
I wanted my Inky...
My precious Inky.....
I was losing hope for my precious Inky...
Until.....
"*Cough* *Cough*"
{THIRD POV}
"OH INKY THANK GOD!!!" Error had shouted as soon as he heard Ink's coughs and gasps for air. He places Ink's now glowing soul back into him and sat him up, as soon as he did Ink started to hurl up water. Error patted his back trying to hold in his excitement yet anger... As soon as ink was done throwing up water and was now breathing heavily, Error spoke.
"Ink what the HELL were you thinking?!"
"I....I-" Ink tried to speak as he finally caught his breath but was interrupted.
"WHY THE FUCK DID YOU NOT TELL ME YOU COULDN'T SWIM?! WHY DID YOU RUN OVER THAT PATCH OF ICE?!?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TRY TO CONTACT ME?!?!" Error sounded furious. Ink was starting to freak out over his tone of voice.
Error suddenly turned Ink over to face him.
"I tHoUgHt I lOsT yOu InK!!! Do YoU kNoW hOw MuCh I lOvE yOu?!?!"
Ink's sockets widen at those words, he saw the tears in Errors glitchy face. Ink grabbed his boneycheeks with his hands and kissed him.
Error was shocked for a moment but kissed back. He remembered the feeling of his (lips??) before but now they were warm....and had a sweet flavour to it. Ink pulled away from the kiss.
"T-thanks..." he smiled as he shivered from being cold.
Error sighed, picking up his new lover and walked further into the anti-void.
"Your still grounded from leaving the void until I know for sure your healthy"
"Awww but Error...."
"No buts shorty..." Error let out a chuckle before they both disappeared from view.
