a girl lay on an old single rusted bed, still holding her young sister close to her chest as she slept peacefully, she could feel her soft breaths against her neck, they were both wrapped in a thin blanket trying to keep warm against the cold breeze seeping through the crappy walls.

Y/N was surprised her sister was still sleeping peacefully when the loud shattering of glass, crashes of furniture against the wall, screams of pain and loud yelling went on downstairs.

the exhausted emptiness wasn't new for Y/N, she had suffered weeks of getting beaten and talked don't too, but that was a good thing, anything to get a moment away from her sister. she loved her sister more than anything in this life, she would choose her sister's happiness over hers any day.

every time her sister drifted off to sleep at night Y/N would softly cry away from the mental pain and stress she had gotten from her long day beforehand. Y/N would work hard at a popular small cafe in the corner of her street, she had to pay for her own and her sister's school tuition since their parents couldn't be bothered. if Y/N didn't have enough money to pay for food, she had to grab the smallest things that her parents wouldn't notice was taken.

her parents should have left by now, her parents usually took overseas work and would be gone for a few months, but they continue to fight below.

Y/N didn't sleep much either, always worried stressed about money.

but she had a plan, she's been planning it out for a while. once she had finished school shell apply to the most prestigious hero school in japan, UA. running to school and work have kept her fit, while her parents were gone overseas she had been lifting weights to keep her strength.

"don't worry Yui, ill get us out of here" kissing forehead, slowly drifting off to sleep.
