Everything I Wanted

-Eijirou's Point Of View-

I sigh and sat down on the couch.
'Just another day'
I thought to myself, snapping my head up when I heard the door open, then slam shut, And before I knew it, Katsuki was at my side.
He leaned on my shoulder and let out an angry puff. I looked down at him, casting my eyes upon a large bandage on his neck.

I woke up to a sudden strike of thunder, shivering. I look around the bare room, hoping to see my Kat. Before I knew it, my eyes landed on him, noticing he lightly had one of my bandaged hands to his cheek, asleep in a small chair beside the bed.
After a bit, I look down at my bandaged arms, quickly shaking my head before casting a small, faint smile.
"I made it through."
I mutter, keeping my eye on Katsuki.
I push back a thought before lightly moving Katsuki's head so it laid comfortably in my lap.
It was only yesterday I started to recall little bits and pieces of everything that happened while I was in captivity.

...It started when...

It started when I lost my balance during a rescue mission on the unstable, broken, 'Golden Bridge'

...The next thing I remembered was that...

I woke up in a hard bed, hearing a TV going in the background. I sat up and looked around, only seeing the room was bare, only a lamp, the bed, the Tv on a stand, a small desk, and a door that was probably locked.

I turned my attention to the TV, hearing a female reporter begin her job, stating "Missing Hero, Red Riot. No leads have been found yet, the citizens from his rescue mission at the old Golden Bridge said he was most likely very injured, having seen him lose his balance saving a young girl. When people looked for him, they said they only found his wallet with his Hero ID. Now, I'll let the others take over to report more at the scene." The next thing that the screen showed was a frantic Katsuki, yelling at the police to get their heads out of their ass and find me. The camera-man then moved the camera to show a hopeless Mitsuki trying to calm her some down while Inko and Izuku helped  look for evidence.

For a moment, the screen turned to show Nezu trying to explain to the public we were out on our internships and the school has took notice and was put on high alert, with maybe, too much security,

My attention shifted to Katsuki when I hear him grumble something about a dream. I smile a bit wider. In that moment, I finally had what I wanted.

Kat grunted before moving to get himself up on my bed, shifting the IVs to sit at my side.
"That dream that I had... I just needed to wake up and see that you were here with me." 
He said softly.
"So let me tell you. As long as I'm here, I won't let anyone hurt you. I don't want you to keep having to lie in the hospital... but I'm pretty sure you already are used to it."
He chuckled lightly before continuing.
"If I could change the way that you saw yourself, then you would never wonder why we are here, we love you..."
I remembered something else in that moment.
