Chapter 33: Take

Taehyung was in the grocery store, he was picking some food. He was humming a song with annoyed Jimin and Yoongi behind him.

"Why are we here with him again?" Yoongi asked sighing.

"Because Jungkook said so." Jimin replied and took the cereal, checking the label.

"Why I agree?" Yoongi inquired.

"Because of me." Jimin retorted and threw the cereal in the cart.

Taehyung looked at him and he just gave him sheepish smile.

"Why?" Yoongi enquired soughing.

"Because you love me." Jimin giggled and took the milk for his cereal.

Yoongi sighed in defeat, Jimin put the milk in the cart.

"Are you done, Tae?" Jimin asked walking beside Taehyung.

Taehyung nodded his head, Jimin ruffled his hair and smiled.

"Let's go to the counter." Jimin said.

They went to the counter, Yoongi already prepared the car, Jimin was behind Taehyung who keep setting down all he took.

"Thank you." Taehyung mouthed to the cashier once he finished paying the cashier.

"Let's go." Jimin said and held Taehyung's waist while carrying the plastic bag.

They left the grocery store, walking outside of the store. Jimin opened the door car for Taehyung, putting the plastic bag in the trunk. Jimin got inside beside the driver seat, Yoongi started the car and the ride has started.

They arrived at the house, Jimin was the one who opened the door for Taehyung.

"Get inside, I'll carry them." Jimin said.

"Thank you." Taehyung grinned.

Taehyung opened the gate, but he saw Jungkook standing, with Jin, Namjoon, and Hoseok behind him. They seemed in serious situations, brows knitted and face clenching. They were talking with 6 people, back facing Taehyung.

"Where is Taehyung?" He heard the familiar voice. 

Taehyung's eyes widened, he was sure it was Bogum.

"What do you need to my husband?" Jungkook retorted.

"You mean ex-husband, I'm his fiance, and I'm here to take him." Bogum retorted.

"You're in my property, everything you see here was mine." Jungkook exclaimed.

"And Taehyung wasn't yours anymore." Bogum clarified.

"Who told you that? He runs away from your wedding, he chooses me over you." Jungkook snickered.

"You brainwashed him, do you?" Bogum inquired, his hands balled in a fist.

Taehyung walked in front of Jungkook and gawked at Bogum.

"He didn't brainwash me, I chose him because I love him." Taehyung interrupted them.

"Taehyung, let's go, I'll forgive and forget what happened to our wedding, just come with me." Bogum said as he tried to touch Taehyung's hand but Taehyung yanked his hand away.

"No, there's nothing between us, do what you want and just leave." Taehyung replied.

"Taehyung, you don't know what you're saying, just listen to me, only to me." Bogum said and gone insane.

Taehyung pushed him away, gritting his teeth.

"Just leave, you're crazy!" Taehyung exclaimed.

Bogum and his five men aimed their guns at Jungkook. But Jungkook and his hyungs were fast enough to point their guns at them too. Jungkook points his gun to Bogum's head, Yoongi, and Jimin behind two other guys, their guns were on the back of two guys. Jin and Namjoon who were opposite side of Jungkook also point their gun meanwhile Hoseok standing beside Jin and doing the same.

Taehyung was surprised and shocked at their action, Jungkook pulled him behind him.

"Leave before my bullet went inside of your head." Jungkook sternly said, glaring at Bogum.

"Taehyung, please let's talk, we need to talk." Bogum said and he started to cry.

"Leave my husband alone, stop wasting your time here!" Jungkook retorted with an angry tone laced in his voice.

Bogum pants heavily, he closed his eyes and took a deep sighed. He smirked like a psycho and put down his gun.

"I'll come back here and take what's mine." Bogum said.

He signaled to his men to put down their gun which they did.

"Believe me, I'll get him as soon as possible. See you, baby." Bogum said and winked at Taehyung.

He turns around and started to walk away. He fell on his knees and groans in pain, he got shot on his left knee.

"That's my remembrance for you." Jungkook chuckled.

His men helped him to stands up, he turns his head to look at Jungkook who smirking at him.

"Bye." Jungkook uttered with a smirk.

Bogum let his men dragged him out of the house. Taehyung sighed in relief, Jungkook looked at Taehyung who shaking in fear.

"Are you okay, baby?" Jungkook asked, cupping Taehyung's cheeks.

"Huh-hide your guns, s-scary." Taehyung mumbled nervously.

Jungkook gave his gun to Jin who took it and they went inside, leaving the couple.

"I'm sorry, you shouldn't witness that." Jungkook said and pecked Taehyung's forehead.

Taehyung hugged him and silently cried on Jungkook's chest.

"Shush baby, everything is okay, don't be scared." Jungkook whispered to Taehyung's ear, fingers tangled on Taehyung's hair.

"Wuh-what if he was serious? What if he took me away from you? He's crazy, Jungkook, I can't live with him, he might hurt me." Taehyung cries, he was really shaking due to his nervousness.

Jungkook wipes out those tears away from Taehyung's eyes. He can see Taehyung was panicking too much because of what happened.

"Baby, calm down, follow me, breath in..." Jungkook told to Taehyung.

Taehyung followed him and he inhaled.

"Breathe out, once more." Jungkook said softly.

And Taehyung exhaled, he did it few times until he calms down.

"That's good baby, listen, okay? I won't let him do anything to you, I will assure you that, trust me this time, I'll protect you 24/7. Don't think about him, don't stress yourself because of him. I'm here, just look at me, only me." Jungkook said, peppering soft kisses on Taehyung's whole face.

Taehyung nodded his head, Jungkook pecked his forehead, nose, and lastly, his lips.

"I love you, only you, I only protect you." Jungkook whispered sweet nothings in order to calm down Taehyung.

He heard Taehyung whimpers, his fist clutching to Jungkook's shirt and listening to him.
