Life after the pups

As soon as the mother, father and their pups were all settled in Ian's house, the in laws and family descended upon the Ma-Yi household. Evan was just out of hospital, and his stupid baby daddy was struggling to cope with the amount of housewifery that he had to do with running a household and raising young pups, so he was not ready when his mother in law rang up the next day at the shocking hour of six in the morning with the intention to visit the new parents. She did not forget to declare that she was bringing a fridge full of her son's favourite dishes to help him recover faster, and a house full of toys to add to their full nursery. The object of his utmost affection wandered into the nursery not long after to do feeding before breakfast, looking adorable in an old pair of pajamas he could now fit in again and fluffy slippers. Ian sweated nervously, linking fingers with Jinjing, "Um honey, how do you feel about having visitors? Maybe show the pups off?". He had spluttered out, like a dumbass, but his mate could see right through him. "It's my mother isn't it? The only person you fear this much is mama, and, yes, she can come over. Let her bring whatever she wants, it will save us cooking or going out for a month if I know her as well as I think I do.", the omega replied, yawning.

Mother Ma came for lunch at promptly 12, bringing a whole bag of cooked dishes for everyone to eat, plus more for the fridge. When she laid eyes on her chubby faced grand children for the first time, the tiger of the business world turned into the loving grand mother, that they had set a bet on be a complete softie. There was a lot as at stake for both men if they did not win; Ian promised not to have sex with his mate for a year from the settling date, and Evan promised to have sex every month if he lost, which could have more problems coming from it that he should have thought of before he agreed, that were mostly the worry of excess children. However a Ma never chickened out of a challenge, and if that meant having more children they were going to do it well! If he had more children they would be a merit to the world, like these three were young to be when they grew up into fine young men and women.

Mother Ma came round to the small, well, not very small by normal standards but small by hers, house and had in tow three servants carrying two cubs n pups shopping bags each person, and when Evan answered the door. He mentally noted to have an extension built for the children, just for the amount of clothes and toys they would have, and the cubs born after them, because his mother would fill out a whole house by the time she was finished. Ian only came to the door when the omega had already showed his mother in, and he was left in a very awkward position all alone. "Why is my sweet child answering the door when his uncle told me he nearly died in childbirth? You selfish alpha bastards, letting the mother do physical chores after their body goes through hell for the sake of spreading the alphas family name.", Mother Ma growled. Sometimes Ian would swear that she was more of an alpha than him, protecting her children with bigger balls than his grandfather did in the war of families many years ago, thought that made her an excellent business woman. Ian quickly took his mate to the living room, cleared the sofa and buried Evan under a pile of blankets, and put the four baby bassinet next to him, showing that he was letting the cub mother relax.

All things considered, mother Ma and her son cooled off when the alpha served the food out, and the seven, including the babies with a bottle of milk being fed to the four baby wolves In-between bites of food, and the two mattress began watching for the results of the most important thing apart from their new bundle of joy, the bet! Making that bet was the riskiest thing they had done since coming our to their parents as accidental mates, and Evan's mother was playing into it perfectly. Surprisingly, she wasn't smothering the babies with affection, but the bulging bags next to her worried Ian, who was panicking about not having sex for a year. His mate was satisfied that after having one litter he might get a whole year of not even risking pregnancy, but at the same time knew his mother could change moods very quickly from personal experience. After all, telling her he was knocked up with an unknown alphas pups made him worry he would be disowned, but then once she saw his then terrible morning sickness, she wanted to wrap him up in cotton wool and feed him everything in the house, plus give him a servant dedicated to getting him stuff so he didn't get up from his bed until he felt better.

"Darling, how has Ian treated you? Do you need mother to hire a nanny to look after the children while you heal from the surgery and then go back to work in your father's company, he can be a house husband or pay a concierge service to ease the burden of the household.", she continued after eating a bowl of duck and rice.
"You know mother, I'm not that fragile. It's also partly my fault for doing the tango, so let my dumbass off on this occasion, I'm sure there will be plenty more time to scold him. As for child care, I can see no reason why we can't both go to work as usual, taking two pups each to the office. We have enough room and extra equipment to do childcare in the company.", the omega drawled. Ian sighed, another fate having been sealed in front of the fearsome matriarch. Would he survive to see his grandchildren or would his mother in law kill him first?
