Sleeping In.

Hello officer, have you seen my vampire?

Awsten runs out after Zach, grabbing his jacket and frantically tying his shoes before running out of the apartment. 

He runs onto the darkened streets, frantically looking around before deciding to go left. Running down the thankfully very empty side walk before he slams into a body and sends them both flying. 

Shaking his head, Awsten looks over and pales when he realizes he just ran into a cop. The cop sitting up and rubbing his head, 

"What's the rush?" 

"I uhh...my roommate and I had a fight, I'm looking for him" Awsten said nervously and the officer raised an eyebrow but nodded, 

"Right, what's he look like?" 

"Big guy, tall, muscular, was wearing a zipup hoodie and a yellow shirt" 

"Oh, he went that way" The officer said, pointing towards the park, "he certainly seemed angry" 

"Thanks!" Awsten says before running off again. His chest and legs starting to burn and he looked frantically around for Zach in the park before he saw something slick on the ground that looked sort of like an oil spill. 

Taking his phone out and turning it on, Awsten paled when he realized it was blood, but it was blood that lead to a bush. 

Following after it, Awsten peeked into the bush only to gag. 

Zach was passed out in it, his mouth, hands and the front of his shirt coated in blood. Unfortunately, Awsten couldn't find the thing the blood came from, he poked Zach and when the man didn't move, Awsten slung one muscular arm over his shoulders and started the trek home. 

He hoped Zach wouldn't wake up on their way home.
