They both were walking back to their dorms silently. William was going ahead and Est was just following him. This was one of his rules.while walking Est only can follow him,neither can he walk ahead of him nor can walk side by side with him..he must follow him from behind. If he breaks the rule, then punishment is must.that was one of the bizzare rules set by William.

But suddenly William stopped in his place and and turned around. the other boy also followed his action stopping on his place.
William:don't stay behind.walk with me
He said coldly while pulling him by his wrist towards their dorm.the incident awhile ago was still in his mind.he took a look beside him. Est was walking with him like a obedient puppy.so he left his wrist and intertwined their hands which made Est stop from walking. William also stopped once again.
William: Can you stop chickening out for once? Be a man already...also nothing will happen.i am here..

Est was feeling so down and William's words were just making him feel more & more upset.how can't he be afraid? Ofc he was afraid.he is afraid of many people and William Jakrapatr is one of them,one of his bully. But he is really grateful to him this time, he was saved miracally by him. But that doesn't give him the right to tell on him. He is not better than those bullies.

He noticed that everyone was watching them while walking and he was sure they were gossiping about the washroom incident.suddenly William's phone buzzed
William:u go ahead.i will catch up with you answering the call.
He just nodded and continued walking.while walking he could hear other student's voices talking about him.he knows they were purposely talking loud enough for him to hear..

??:isn't that the boy from washroom?
??:yah..if it ever happened to me i would've just killed myself.
??: should we feel bad for him? I heard he is a gay.
He was feeling numb by hearing those hurtful words.so he ran away quickly.he can't stand it anymore. William watched it all and now he feels guilty for bullying that boy,God knows how many times he made him cry.he just gave the students a dirty look and ran after Est.

When he reached the dorm, there were no trace of Est.so he was searching and calling for him in the dorm. He went to the bathroom searching for him. And knocks on one of the closed door.
William:hey,are u here?open the door
He got nothing but silent as a reply..so he knock the door again
William:umm...E-Est? Are you there?
He was hesitating cz he never called him by his name..He would call him by anything or Mr.Est but never with just his name..

Getting no response, he just waited for him to their room.
When Est came back,his eyes were red and swollen.after seeing this William got really concerned
William:A-are u okay?
Est just nodded his head.
William:are u crying because of those comments from earlier?
Est just lowered his head.he didn't know what to do.he just didn't want to talk to anyone right now.

William:don't mind them ..
Est:u don't have to pity me. it's not a new thing.i am used to it. Don't think you are better than them.
He didn't even let William reply and went to his bed and covers himself with his blanket, laying down silently under it.and William just let him.

It was evening and Est was still in his bed.he didn't even eat his lunch.so William went to wake him up.
William: hey?wake up
But Est doesn't response.
William:it's already dawn..come on..
Est was not moving a single part so William sat beside him to wake him up.

But he was caught off guard when he turned the boy around to face him. he can't help but to stare at his innocence beauty. Suddenly Est opened his eyes & found William sitting beside him.
William:Y-you r up?come on now.let's eat..u haven't even taken ur lunch yet..
Est:i will eat later
William: you dare to disobey me?

After saying that William brought the food in Est's bed.they were eating while William spoke..
William: I really don't pity u..
Est looked at him with a blank expression.he didn't understand what he was talking about. William continued.
William: See, you can't even take a stand for yourself. So you are not even worth of my pity.  Be a man and face them and care them away...

He looked at Est who was looking at him with confused yet a judging look.
William : and me too..
He looked down and started eating awkwardly. He forgot he is the biggest bully Est could ever have in his life while giving motivation.

Days passed but William really changed.he never bullied Est after that day instead he would protect him from the bullies of his school,he let Est walk beside him and even he never talked about the shitty rules that he used to follow strictly.now Est can stay in his dorm without any fear. William also helped sometime to cook and clean.he really started to treat him as his roommate and as a human now.he even smiles at him and sometimes makes jokes which are really not funny.at first, and even now it's awkward for both of them tho..

One day Est was walking back to the dorm after school when suddenly William called him from behind...
William: Est?
Est turned around to see William running toward him with a happy face..
William:your class is already over?
Est:yes..
William:mine too.it was so boring today though.
Est just listened to William while walking to the dorm.
William:you are free today?..i mean do u have any important errand to run?
Est:uhh..i don't have any..why??
Est replied unsure..
William:then let's go to somewhere..

Est frowned at him.
Est:why?
William:let's hang out.. I know a place.
Est:u want to hang out with me..?
Est stopped on his track.
William:yah..why are u surprised?
Est:it just doesn't sound right.
William: I have changed. Mind it.

.
Later that day, William brought Est to a pond surrounded by trees. It was so beautiful and quiet and comfortable.
William: isn't it comforting?
Est: yes it's so beautiful. Can I come here often.
William gave him a judgemental look.
William: Well, I won't mind sharing it with you. We already share a room.

Est smiled and his eyes sparkled with happiness when he saw a man carrying cotton candy by the road.
Est: ..let's have some cottoncandy..
William:*frowns*we are not kids anymore. But whatever.
He went on to buy some cotton candy anyway.

They were eating their cotton candy when suddenly yeri appeared,she was one of the popular kid of their school who is rumored girlfriend of William. She was now standing in front of them.
Yeri:i thought u were busy with some friends?
William:ahh..
Yeri: since when he is your friend?
William frowned at him.
William: first of all, did you follow me here?
Yeri stuttered cz she did followed them there secretly.
William: I said it 100 times and will say it again. I am not interested in you. Get that in your head. Stop following me around. You are behaving like a creep.

Yeri seems restless by now.
Yeri : I can't believe you would ditch me and hang out with a gay, alone, in a place like this.
William shared a look with Est, who seems offended by now. But Yeri doesn't seem to stop.
Yeri: Boys are dying to be with me. But still I'm pursuing...
Est rolled his eyes, stood up, grabbed William by his neck and pecked him on the lips, making her stop talking. Both William and Yeri widened their eyes in shock. Horror is clearly visible in Yeri's eyes.

Est pulled out, brushed his hair and sassily put his hand on his hip.
Est: Will you stop following him now?
She dramatically covers her wide mouth while taking a step back.
Yeri: I can't believe this.
She almost whispered and stormed out from there.

After she was out of the scene, William touched his lips, and looked at Est with surprise.
William: what did you just do?
Est: taking a stand and scare them away.
Est sit in his place while William just laughed amusedly.
William: don't you fear what will happen to you the next day?
Est seemed to think for a bit.
Est: No matter what I do, people bullies me. So I decided to be a sassy bitch from now on.
William smiled and sit beside him.

William: don't worry. I will be by your side.
Est: You will?
William nods.
Est: Why?
William pretended to think for a time.
William: umm ..because you are my roommate?
Est frowned.
Est: You will just get dragged.
William: Friends get dragged together.
Est laughed.
Est: But we are not friends.
William: Well, let's be friends then.
He stretched his hand toward Est who ignored it playfully.
Est: I don't do friendship with bullies.
William rolled his eyes and started to tickle him all over.

It was a peaceful day for both of them. They went there as just distant roommates but came back as friends, closer than before.
