The car pulled up on the desolate dirt pathway, small specks of dirt flying everywhere. Mrs Thorne unbuckled her daughter from the passenger seat and let her go, to run around the orchard as she pleased.

*Farmer POV*
I saw their car pull up and couldn't stop smiling at the thought of having the two girls I couldn't live without, literally.
Each year they donated just enough money to keep our orchard open 'till we had finished the harvest. Both of them had such kind hearts and minds, their selfless acts helped so many people. But, Im worried about what will happen when all of it rebounds on their finances.
Loren is way to nice to be homeless or even.......bankrupt, I hope her job will be enough to pay the bills. I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard her call my name.

*Loren's POV*
'Farmer Joe! Over here!' I shouted from a few yards away. He seemed to be day-dreaming, just like my little girl. Speaking of which, where was she? A wave of panic washed over my mind and soon I was frantically searching high and low for her. Joe walked over and asked, 'what's up Loren?'
'Samantha's gone missing.'
