Both girls couldn't believe their eyes. Just like what Avalon told the elder earlier this morning, there is NO way an agency in Korea – a big one at it – is actually contacting them, because of a simple song they wrote. This is insane!

Face turning white from shock, Avalon looks at her partner in disbelief. "Lia, what the actual fuck is happening? When did we even apply for a competition held by Big Hit? BTS' FUCKING AGENCY, LIA!" she screams.

The said girl looks just as pale. "We... did apply to a song-writing competition, but..." the girl stops midway – at loss of words.

Avalon sighs while placing down Larissa's laptop on the bedside table. "Whose idea was it now to try applying on a competition to gain more money?"

Beside her, Larissa lets out a scoff. "Yours, you avaricious women."

The younger simply shrugs, she'll just let that one blasphemy slide. Larissa has a habit to talk bitchy at times after all, basically everything that escapes her lips is hurtful. Avalon is used to that already, yes.

Avalon looks at her with a straight face. "What did you just called me earlier? Avaricious, really now?"

Larissa glances at the younger girl, looking just as unamused. "So what? It's true afterall. You did begged me that day so that we could join the competition since it guarantees great money."

"Well, who's the one that suggested writing that song? You one vulgar girl. Tch." The younger shots back.

The elder's face turns crimson within a second. "That was a mistake!" Larissa squeals while throwing a pillow at her partner. "I was originally trying to write a ballad, but... uh..."

Avalon lets out a scoff as she catches the thrown pillow. "Yeah, yeah whatever you say... I still can't believe we..." the girl stops midway, everything is still too vague for her mind to process. "Is it real though? That mail is from Big Hit?"

"Our username is clearly written on the webpage, Ava." Larissa responds after letting out a sigh.

"Let's sleep early, an error must've happened to my brain right now for writing such a bewildering song." The younger mumbles.

Larissa couldn't agree more.

A mid-aged woman is busy on the lower floor of her house, preparing breakfast is part of her morning routine afterall. Still wearing her blue apron, she glances onto the clock hanging on the wall.

The woman lets out a sigh. "Girls! Wakey wakey! Time for breakfast! Come downstairs and don't forget to wash your face first! Shower can come later!" she shouts to wake the two deeply asleep girls upstairs.

Avalon lets out a sleepy groan. "Yes, mom! Half an hour more!"

Larissa hiss at the younger's antics as she slaps her on the face sleepily. "That's my mom, you moron."

Both girls are basically awake, but too lazy to get off the bed and face another day. Avalon pouts as she rubs her left cheek, where sleepy Larissa hit her on the face with full force. Like hell, what sleepy person could hit like that?

Glancing to her right, Avalon reaches out her hand to take her phone which is blinking from notifications. She chooses to ignore those though and immediately open the very same website from last night. Ah geez, she looks like a girl whom failed moving on from her ex!

Beside her, Larissa half-open her eyes as she peeks on the younger's phone screen. She lets out a low huff. "We should decide either to ignore it or go to Korea for free but full of worries." she murmurs while tugging on the pillow between them.

"Let's fill the form, I guess." the younger responds.

"No, we don't need crop tops in winter, Ava!" Larissa shouts furiously as she puts away three pieces of clothes.

Avalon shots her a disapproving look. "I'm going to wear this at the hotel, not outside!" the younger protests as she tries to put her crop tops back inside the polka dots suitcase. Larissa immediately covers the lid before she could put her clothes back in though.

She glares at her partner in irritation. "There's an air con inside for god sake!" Larissa roars.

"So what? There's also an air con here, but it's still hot!" Avalon argues back as she lifts her chin in arrogance.

Her partner looks at her in disbelief. "That's two different cases for god sake!"

Larissa ties her long hair into a bun as she wipes away the sweat dripping on her forehead with a tissue. Arguing with Avalon seriously tires her out. Her slender hands opens the lid of her suitcase once again. She wrinkles her nose when she spots another unbefitting outfit inside.

"Oh no no no! Lia, you are not putting my camisole away!" Avalon looks at the elder in horror.

The said girl shots her a dirty look. "It's too thin, useless things are not allowed, especially when we're sharing a suitcase!"

Avalon's lips forms a frown. "How am I going to survive this for the whole week?"

A man, who seems to be in his early 50s smiles at another presence in his car. Two girls are chattering so loudly from the front and passengers seat – more like his daughter's blabbering about money expenses and stuffs – on their way to the airport.

Avalon rolls her eyes in annoyance. "Blah blah yeah, you don't need to tell me that. I'm going shopping on my own anyway. Seriously, sir. Your daughter here doesn't know how to shut her mouth at the right time."

The said girl looks at her partner in disapproval. "Really? You're not borrowing a cent from me even if you're trying to buy an album. I don't care if your favourite idol's album is so expensive but you've spent your money for weird stuff." Larissa hisses as she imagines Avalon's weird collection.

"I beg your pardon? My stuffs are not weird! They're unique and limited! Just like me. And by the way, I am SO not going to borrow anything because, you know I'm rich, you deep shit. Pardon my language, Mr. Chandra. Your daughter is annoying me. You love me more, don't you?" the younger objects.

Larissa lets out a scoff. "Oh dear me, I'm sorry, your dearest alien's water bottle waste is not weird? Even though the price should be around ten times cheaper? Excuse me? And don't act all cute and fragile in front of my father Ava, go find your own somewhere else, or find a new rich daddy to pay for your merchandises."

Avalon sways her hair in a prideful manner. "Tch. You're just jealous. Your parents pay more attention to me than you, mom even cooked me a special omelette for breakfast right, dad?" she smiles sweetly to Larissa's father afterwards.

The head of the Chandra's family lets out a light chuckle at their antics. Right before Larissa could open her mouth to argue more, her father speaks up again. "We've arrived, girls."

The youngest between the three looks around as she tries to spot her parents since they told her they'll see her at the parking lot. A few meters away from them, stood her father and mother as she waves her right hand their way.

Larissa turns her head to look at her partner's parents and immediately spots them. "Oh, your parents are here."

Avalon's mother smiles at the two young girls in front of her. "Oh, I'm going to miss the both of you. Take care, children. Be a good girl there okay, Avalon?" she ruffles their hair.

Larissa lets out a soft mocking cough. "Be a good girl, Ava."

The said girl pouts. "I'm a good girl, mommy... I'll miss you. Be back soon." she said as she hugs her mother in a clingy way.

Announcement is suddenly heard as their plane is finally ready to take the passengers to Korea. Both Larissa and Avalon looks at each other as they nod and smiles to the parents in front of them.

"We'll see you guys in a week, then." Next
