Chapter 5

"Shinwu, that guy is weird." Ikhan said with a weird look on his face, backing up a little with Yuna. "I agree with Ikhan, he's strange." Areum looked back with Shinwu and sighed. Shinwu looked around before spotting a trash can. He hefted it up over his head. He gritted his teeth and threw it with all his strength at the strange man. It hit him with a wham, knocking him back. Shinwu grabbed Yuna by the arm shouting "RUN!" The three kids ran leaving Areum behind with Raizel to stare at the man in the pile of trash. After a few seconds of running, Shinwu looks back and stops "What are they...?" Yuna and Ikhan continue as he comes back to grab their arms. "Hey! Don't just stand there! Follow me right now!" "oh my god! Let's hurry up and go!" Yuna cries. "Wait, did we leave them there?" Ikhan lowers his head in shame. "I... I'm sorry." "Be quiet, everybody! We need to keep running!" Shinwu keeps running with Areums arm in his. 

They keep running until they're far enough away. Shinwu pants "We can stop now." "R-right. He couldn't have followed us this far."Everyone was out of breath from the run but Raizel. He just looked at the panting kids. "What the hell. That weird guy had the craziest eyes." Ikhan looked up. Everyone straightened up. "Yeah. Did you guys see the lasers coming out of his eyes?" Shinwu made amusing noises as he pointed to his eyes. Ikhan pushed up his glasses "Shinwu, you're talking nonsense. It must have been the light aiming at his bloodshot eyes. That doesn't make sense." "Hmm... Whatever. Regardless of what that was, he is for sure abnormal." Ikhan looked at the two girls of the group "Yuna, Areum, are you two okay?" "Yeah, I am okay. Thank you." Yuna was the first to speak. Areum just nodded. "I didn't do anything. Shinwu heard you scream and acted right away." Ikhan admitted while pointing to the said male. Yuna smiled at him "Shinwu, thank you so much. If you didn't come, then..." Shinwu blushed, scratching his head in embarrassment at the girl he likes' attention "You're welcome. That wasn't anything. " he giggled and Areum smirked. "Nothing? Course not. Have you been practicing? That kick didn't even knock him out. I still have a lot to teach you, huh." she teased. He lurched and went on a rant about how the kick should have knocked him out and that she didn't even do anything. She just kept her smirk throughout the entire speech. Yuna ignored them as she turned to Raizel. "Rai, thank you." This stopped Shinwu as he and Ikhan turned to look at her. "Rai?" They asked in unison. "Oh... all the girls call him by 'Rai'. We didn't know how to call him at first. But if you don't like it..." "You can call me as you would like." Rai looked at Yuna, his hair waving in a non existent breeze. She smiled "Okay. How come you guys were together this late?" she directed her question to all the boys then. Shinwu shrugged a little, "We hung out at the internet cafe." Yuna nodded in understanding, "I see. Rai, where do you live by the way?" Areum looked at her a little creeped out. Yuna caught her look and blushed furiously "Not like that! I was just-" she was cut off by the two boys looking at each other. "Now that we think about it..." Everyone was silent as they looked at Rai. Rai paused and thought back to what Frankenstein said. "Master. Use this when you are in trouble."

Rai reached into his shirt and pulled out a piece of paper and held it out to the curious children. Shinwu grabbed it with a huh? All of them crowded around the piece of paper. "What is it?" "What's that?" It was a picture of Frankenstein with his head in his hand, and a cutesy smile on his face. Areum made a confused and disgusted face. Shinwu made a similar face, "It's a picture of the chairman. Why does he have that...?" "There's a message on the back." Ikhan pointed out as Shinwu flipped it over. It read, I'm lost. Please, help. 90X-00X-000X. Everyone's face went blank and deadpanned.
