chapter three: mate

The bright lights blinded me momentary ,"what the", was all I could say when the heavy vehicle hit me ,

(vampire's might be somewhat indestructible but they can still feel pain and here I felt a lot of it )

I heard the snap of my right leg ( the sound is painful but at least it'll heal),I winched out in pain ,

The car threw me a good enough distance to make me hit my head on the tar road ,I heard the car squeak to a holt ,

everything got fuzzy 'what the hell is happening , why am i so weak and not even healing yet' i thought to myself

Then I heard this rough male voice say "oh my god you just killed her ,I know she's a vampire and all but now when Mr's cabs comes to ,she's going to hate us more then wanting to join us ,now what do we do ? " the male's voice sounded formula but I couldn't place it,

before I blanked out I heard what sounded like a woman's voice  "Andrew I know I fucked up you don't have to rub it in ,okay ,let's get her to the pack maybe Dr newt would know what to do", after her speech everything went dark

Hanna's POV

Andrew picked her up and placed her in the back set ,she was losing a lot of blood then I saw she had a broken leg

,"our pack is going to freak out" Andrew spoke once he got into the passenger seat again,I started my cars ignition,

"I know but she actually looks really hurt, from when we saw her till now she hasn't healed not one bit ,she's supposed to be an elder so I don't really understand this" I sighed taking my bottom lip between my teeth

,"well she hasn't been an elder for that long ,her grandad was killed less then two weeks ago maybe she hasn't became a full leader yet ", Andrew said while ,

"All I care about is that she heals quick", I said as I stood on the gas more ,

I know I hit her and all but I feel almost scared to lose her ,

"well man driving this fast ,I don't think she's going to heal much especially if your TRYING TO KILL US, OH MY GOSH HANNA SLOW DOWN", screaming the last bit Andrew had his back pushed in to his seat ,his right hand was on the dashboard while his left was on the door handle,

As I took a sharp turn ,Andrew kept rambling something and for a second I thought I heard both him and his wolf praying ,

I don't know what took over me because all I was truly focused on was getting to the pack house fast

I slowed down when we arrived I've never seen Andrew so happy to get out of the car ,

he was kissing the ground saying," thank you lord for not letting my sister kill us ",

I chuckled as I got out of the car and opened the back door ,I picked up the blood socked girl ,

when every one ran out of the huts in the woods ,"what's going", Petter stopped talking when he saw the vampire in my arms ,

"I accidentally hit her ,I didn't see her in the road ,she hasn't healed since and she's got a broken leg ,so I need your dads help ", I said looking at Petter Dr newt's son ,

" I don't see why you didn't just leave her there but your alpha ,take her to the examining room ,I'll go get my dad ", with that Petter took off to go get his dad as I made my way to the examination room ,

I placed her on one of the nursing beds as I stood away from here Dr newt walked in

"I don't understand how come she's not healing and or waking up ,wait maybe she could be extremely hungry and that would make her wake ,I can fix her leg and when she walks up it'll heal",Dr newt said while scratching his beard ,

"so she just needs blood ?", I asked him ,

"yes but not just any blood fresh deer blood ,to bust her nutrients as a supplement for her energy level ,human blood would work better but  that involves killing someone ,so rather a deer right ", Dr newt Spoke,

"okay then I'll be right back with a deer ", I said before walking out of the room ,

when I got outside Andrew was waiting for me ,"so he couldn't save her and where down by at least one vampire", he smirked so I pushed him gently ,

" oh hush I'm going to find a supplement for her ,are you coming?", I asked him ,

he raised an eyebrow at me ,"are you crazy , your going to try save her ?",he asked ,

" look Andrew are you coming or not ,your the one who said we needed them ", I asked folding my arms to my chest

He just sighed and walked over to me,"so what is this supplement and where can we find it ", he asked ,

I ran a hand through my hair ,"we're looking for a deer so I guess the forest ", I said ,

Andrew how ever laughed ,"yeah that's a good place to start,I'll take the left side you take the right side , if either of us catch one we call out for the other through our connected wolf's", he said ,

"that sounds like a plan ", once I confirmed the plan he took off to the left ,I shifted into my wolf and went in the opposite direction

54 minutes into my run I found one ,I am about 10-15 times bigger and faster then it ,so it was fairly easy

,"Anore  I got one ", I told Andrew's wolf ,

"alright Athena ,we'll meet you two back at the pack house ", Anore Spoke back with his rough wolf voice,

I held the deer's lifeless body in my mouth as I ran back ,heading back was shorter and easier due to the fact I knew where the pack house was,

when I got there I dropped it and walked in to my house when I shifted back I quickly closed the door and put on the clothes I had near the door ,

I don't like showing my body yeah I get its natural but I chose to get dressed as soon as possible ,

so I changed and walked out ,"where'd it go", I asked looked at the little blood on the ground with no deer in sight ,

"Petter and Dr newt took it and hang it up, so that they could get the blood for that filthy blood sucker ", Andrew said
'DON'T CALL HER THAT!!' ,

my wolf growled out loud taking me by surprise ,I suddenly started to get mad at my brother's words  but I let it slid,as best as I could

walking in the direction of the Doc and Petter I heard my name "oh hey Hanna ,we've just finished up here ,you can come ,your alpha and the strongest wolf just in case ,we're going to give her the deer blood ",Petter said as he picked up the bucket ,

"yeah sure ,I suppose the alpha should be there ",I said trying not to sound excited

'why am I so excited to see her ,it could be the fact that the person I hit with my car might recover ,yeah that's totally it ' my thoughts where interrupted by Dr newt clearing his throat ,

"are you okay alpha you don't seem well ", he Spoke softly to me with a concerned look ,

" yeah I'm fine just a bit tired of running" I said softly ,

walking along side Dr newt to the examining room, when I entered the room and I looked at her clearly now when my wolf screamed

'MATE!!' And I  howled

so loud I jumped almost knocking Dr newt off his feet
