"What now..."

I sat down at the table with them and waited for an answer which they seemed reluctant to give. "Love,me and your farther have to go away for a ...few days because of work." My mom and dad were a pilot and air hostess so they were usually gone to other countries a lot of the time,however due to current avents this would be a time I would rather them stay "How long?" I asked in a sad tone with a slight hint of annoyance.

"3 weeks." My mom answered sadly. "WHAT", yes I was shocked to learn that my best friend had been murdered but then my parents just leave me alone and I will remind you my best friend did not only die but was murdered and their willing to leave me with a murderer on the frickin' loose

My parents had just left me alone. As i sat on the couch crying and whimpering I started to sense something...something I didn't like. Now I'm no genius but it felt as though I was being watched but this only lasted for a minute,of course it's not like I cared considering I was too busy grieving Kelsey's death. Soon enough I ordered pizza because I really didn't want to cook. I couldn't help but think my parents didn't care,like they just leave on short notice after my best friend was killed. It just felt wrong to me. I was interrupted when I heard a knock on the door. Must be the pizza guy. I grabbed money and walked to the door,when I opened it there was no one there but there was a note on the ground. I picked it up and read
