A/N: sorry it's taken so long! This is my favorite story to update! I'm sure you can tell lol. Please give me any feedback on the story. Good or bad. I'd love to hear your input or suggestions to fix the story up. Enjoy and thanks for reading!

"What?" You and Zac said at the same time.

Jordy nodded walking over to the couch you were sitting on and sat down next to you.

"Hold on, it took a month for them to find the driver?" You asked very confused.

"Yeah, I agree how does it take a month to find someone. Even if it was a hit and run the drivers car was still there and he couldn't have gone far on foot." Zac added in.

Jordy was just as confused as you and Zac were.

"They questioned him and he claimed he was very drunk that night." Jordy said rubbing the back of his neck.

"That's not an excuse" you said crossing your arms.

After all this was the man that cost you a leg. Jordy was telling you that they wanted to go to court and figure out the mans punishment. You were unsure of you wanted to do that but with Jordy by your side all would be well. You had so many questions though. Why would that man be so stupid? What would his reaction be when he saw what kind of damage he caused? What would your reaction be when you saw him? So many questions were going through your head. You were starting to get dizzy. Jordy saw this and scooted closer next to you.

"Well I'm going to head to bed. Need anything before I go?" Zac said getting up.

You and Jordy both shook your heads. Jordy sat back down on the couch and he put his arm around you. You laid your head on his chest. Listing to his heartbeat and feeling his chest go up and down from his breathing was very comforting. You eventually fell asleep and Jordy looked down at you. He had a smile on his face. He stayed there not wanting to wake you up.
