Prologue

I am lost.
Yeah, really cliché, right?
But I didn't know what else I could tell myself.
"You decided!!" my voice taunted.
Yes I did!
I chose a private school.
I chose to hide behind them.
I chose to leave him.
I chose not to pay attention.
Now look at where I am.
I continue to write, write and write. I will let him see the other me on this paper, the person he
was familiar with, not this insecure girl, not me

I read the letter. I read it again.
She is happy!!!
I did not hurt her.
Will she be happy to see me?
I did not dwell on that. What will her reaction be? Well, I have to wait and see.
