Merlin had been trying to find a way to fix the mess Voldemort had left in the Wizarding World but there was only one solution he could see. Every time wizards screw up he would chose a member of the royal family to rule. The royal family could be anywhere and no one knew their name because there was a charm that made it impossible to trace back to them. This family of "muggles" was very well known as their daughter was famous but what could he do?! Magnificence ran in their vains! That said he decided he would convoce the ministers from across the world and tell them what to do. He was very influential for a dead guy.
******************* Gentlemen! Merlin yelled. We are here today because I have found a solution to your problem. As you know there is a royal Wizarding family somewhere out there and I believe it would be best if the rightful heir would take the throne as we would be under the same laws and the general conflicts would cease to exist. All in favor raise your hand! (everyone but the african minister does). Minister Merlin says. May I know why is it that you dond agree? I do agree. The minister in question replies. I am just to tired to raise my hand as it is 3:26 where I como from.
Now, as there hasn't been the need to contact a member of the royal family in a long time not even they are aware of their... status. If the British minister could call a world wide meeting to announce this in... let's say... 2 months it would be perfect.
By the way ministers the royal family is known as "Grangers".
