Forbidden Love

Oblivious.

Jungkook POV

Even though I somewhat confessed to Jimin, he was still oblivious to what I meant in the long run. I am kinda glad though because I'm not ready for my family to find out that I have feelings for our kinda worst enemy's. I just couldn't help but fall for the boy that I saw every now and then, he was so cute and adorable and I had the need to protect him.
"Jungkook." Wooyoung whispered from the door frame of Jimins room.
"What?" I whispered back, trying to wake Jimin up.
"Come out here." Wooyoung said before leaving. I slowly slid out of bed where I was originally spooning Jimin.
"What?" I asked in a normal volume once I stepped out into the hallway.
"I think it's safe to assume that when your around Jimin his wounds heal at a faster pace then before." Yoongi explained as he stood with his arms crossed in front of his bedroom door that was only a little aways from Jimins room.
"How is that?" I was quite confused at Yoongis statement.
"I'm sure you've noticed his little crush on you right?"
So the vampires know...
"Um...yeah, I have." Yoongi stood there in silence as he nodded his head.
"Well...when Jimin gets around you he gets special feelings, like what he described when he thought he was sick, and these feelings are like a crush for a vampire but much different than a humans, you see when vampires feel this way for a significant other then when they are around that person their healing properties and such get heightened. It's a great advantage for normal vampires but for Jimin it's just slightly faster healing." I caught on to Yoongis explanation, I did make sense, it kinda sounds like when a wolf gets their mate and such.
"So its almost like when wolves find their mate right?" Yoongi nodded his head in agreement as the three of us stood there.
"I talked to Namjoon and the others about this and he thinks it's a good idea to stay here until Jimin fully heals."
Staying with Jimin for this long...alright.
"You do realize that if Jimin wasn't a vampire that those wounds would have killed him." Yoongis words struck deep within me, the guilt building up inside.
"I-I really am sorry..." I mumbled as I seemed to find the floor as the most interesting thing in the world.
"I understand, it wasn't entirely your fault anyways." With Yoongis last words he walked out of the hallway and down the stairs.
"Don't think to much on what Yoongs says, he's just a grumpy grumps." Wooyoung smiled at me before patting my shoulder.
"Thanks Wooyoung." I chuckled at the vampires words.
"Be nice to Jimin, yeah?" Wooyoungs expression was serious as he spoke.
"He's a brother to me, my family." I nodded as I gave Wooyoung a reassuring look.
"Thanks Kook." And with that Wooyoung also walked away, leaving me alone in the dimly lit hallway.
