Snake's POV
It's been a while.
I refuse to speak after what I saw. It's hard to get it out of my head. Ace used to tell me to never let Fear get the best of you. But, why isn't is advise working.Three months ago.
I ran to find Ace. He had me hid in an alleyway while searched for an exit of the chaos. He didn't returned, so I looked for him. The city blazed and the citizens cried. The monster. The monster was huge. I looked up and saw the Powerpuff Girls battling it. They weren't getting anywhere.
My fear grew. I froze when I saw other people fighting each other. I ran the other direction and stopped myself again. I saw Ace's shades. Where was he? My heart dropped.
"ACssE!"
I picked up my friend's shades and ran faster than I did before. I was scared. I wanted my leader beside me.
That alleyway...my friend...I will never forget...he didn't respond to me. He was gone.

See you in the next chapter.
