C A P E C O N D E N S E is a city 700,843 miles away from the edge of a continent entitled Neon Public, making it one of the most remote and secluded cities in the entire world.

Known for its neon and "vaporwave" styled architecture, C A P E C O N D E N S E prides itself in maintaining its high reputation and elite status, with a ruler that won't settle for any less; Nostalgia Corp. Nostalgia Corp. keeps everything in line. From seeming to own every business in the entire city, to maintaining every brightly lit billboard, Nostalgia Corp. oversees everything in the entire city, pushing their omniscience down citizens throats 24/7. Nostalgia Corp. is a questionable business with questionable motives, but it still has its supporters (if you could call them that. It's more like hopeless people who have no desire to disobey anymore.)

Nostalgia Corp. always seems to be building. Malls, Theaters, Plazas, you name it. But no matter how much they build, the city feels empty. Wide, open patches of land near edges of the city, only good the truely hopeless go to for a "forever escape".

Even though C A P E C O N D E N S E is considered "Elite" to anyone outside of the city's limits, even the snobbiest citizens have no individuality, everyone is the same no matter how much of an elitist they may be. It's impossible to find a face in the crowd that isn't similar to ever other. Except for in small, blocked off areas created by a group of rebels.

These areas, all codenamed "Profit The Sky" are made and hidden away by a group named Group 1985. The members are no different on the outside than anyone in the public areas of C A P E C O N D E N S E, but they all have one difference to the other citizens that they show quite publicly; they're tired of the vaporwave lifestyle, and need an escape. Profit The Sky areas are hidden all over the city. Gardens and softly lit rooms are common areas for group members to be at.
