Runaway

your a 17 year old (gender)  your birthday is in 2 months. You sit down to relax after coming home from school,tireless,deprived. Then you slouch down on the couch happy thats its all over, (for now). You pick up the remote helplessly,and flick through the channels. You notice a familiar face in the news so you stop, chills scurry their way through your body.    
Exactly 5 years ago your house had been robbed,raided,trashed... as you walk through the door of your house you see your parents dying on the floor, terrified,clinging onto dear life. You look up you see the familiar face escaping through the door with some jewelry....

With your parents not being able to pay rent after being rushed to the ER and dying shortly after .  
You asked your grandmother if you could stay with her because she lives close enough to run to, she accepts you in, as you are the only remaining family of hers. Luckily you are able to continue school because she lives in range. You finish your final exams string with nearly perfect scores. College
Comes around, "here we go again"  you mumble to yourself. First day of school you knew some of your friends would be there as they all told you they were but abruptly ended the messages suspiciously.
First it was keira,then max,Jacob and lastly Jala.
You walked into the school expecting to be aquatinted with most people,but...no,you see one person in the distance  their  hair all messed up
Looked like a heroine addict,but honestly that could have been anyone of your friends ;)......

You walk up to him, pat him on the shoulder he turns around and you stop frozen in your tracks
He flashes an evil grin as he runs his fingers across your neck...you flail your arms as hard and fast as possible. You hit him once and run he stares at you and cries because he knew it hurt but  just didn't want to show it.  The day is nearly over,but you cannot stop thinking on why Emery is at YOUR school!? Why?why,why kept cycling through your head as you were on the bus. You get dropped off, looking back you see the bus drive off leaving slight smoke behind, through that smoke was, (You guessed it) emery standing there menacingly.  You think about that one spongebob episode, but now is not the  time. Theres a stalker chasing you! Your run home trying to take a indirect route so you cannot be  tracked. You end up at your house, you bust open the door saying "hey grandma" assuming she was in the back you sit on the couch and turn on the news again.    BREAKING NEWS: local teenager addicted to heroine and killed two people 5 years ago has been missing for almost over a month police say he was last seen in the psych ward for re-evaluation
But local resident maria cox she just spotted her right outside of  *static* *static*....just then you hear a thud... in.. the.. attic.!
