Iris pov
Today I met with my best friend. We spend the day catching up. How I miss her.
"His family is so nice even his sister-in-law/ best friend. You guys should meet" I said while eating my cookie and cream ice cream.
"Are you sure? Because look at her she's rich and I'm just a poor girl working a dinner. Maybe she would prefer being around a person from her class" she said looking worried. I know she feels like I will forget her once I get too caught up in the rich life Anthony live.
"You don't have to worry because Kayley isn't like that. If it makes you feel better she uses to work a dinner before she met her husband. That's where they first met" I said
"Really"
Then I told her their story. "Wow. You make me want to find my guy. I'm the only one single and I can't wait to meet her" she said with excitement.
We talk for an hour then I went back home.
while I was cooking dinner I hear the doorbell ring. "Anthony can you get the door for me"
A couple of minutes later I heard talking. So I went to the living room to be shocked to see who was there.
"What are you doing he,r,e," I said with anger.
"Is that any way to greet me and your mother? I was hoping for a warm welcome and how could you keep from us that we're going to be grandparents. We were worried when you run away. " he said while putting on his act.
"How dare you. Get out" I said with my anger rising.
So Anothony turn to them and said "I think you should leave because you're setting her and all this isn't good for the baby".
While leading them out I could see the anger on my dad's face and that made me know it's not the last I will be seeing him. That made me scared.
After Anthony came back he asks me if I'm okay and I told him everything that happens before I came here. He told me he will talk to the secirity and ensure they don't come back here. He even hires a bodyguard for my protection. I was against the bodyguard but he assures me it's for protection.
