Hidden Power, Optimus x reader

You were on your way to visit your brother, Jack, and your mom, June, after not seeing them for some time. You had missed them every day, but you had to learn to control the power you were born with. Your mom knew about this power, but you were able to prevent any outbursts after Jack was born, so he never saw or knew about it. But you would have never thought you were on your way to meet your sparkmate, as the Autobots (you’ll later meet call) it.

You knew just how you’d surprise the both of them when you’d found them. However, you ran into some trouble when you finally saw them.

There was a strange, but giant, mechanical bot trying to grab them from a hiding spot, which was quite small compared to the bot.

You had spotted them with two others, who you didn’t know, and, nevertheless, you knew you had to help them. They were family and one of the two people looked to be close to Jack’s age, while the other appeared to be a few years younger.

“Hey! You dumb bot! Over here,” you yelled, getting the bot’s attention.

“Hey! I'm not dumb,” the bot shouted in a scratchy, high pitch voice, you’d later know to be Starscream.

“Sure, you’re not,” you said in the most sarcastic way possible.

Your brother recognized you instantly and tried hard to hold back a laugh, threating to spill, from your overly sarcastic tone. The two kids also tried not to burst out laughing. Your mom let out a little laugh and the giant bot didn’t notice.

“I’ll have you know, that I am the leader of the Decepticons,” the bot said triumphantly.

“No, you’re just second in command,” the pigtail girl pointed out.

“Yeah, Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons, not you,” the younger boy agreed.

“SILENCE,” the thin bot demanded.

“How about, hmmm, no,” you said as a grin crept onto your face as you tried to not break out laughing from two kids exposing him.

The bot growled and yelled, “Why you little,” he was shortly cut off as a green and purple portal opened and a giant red and blue bot blasted him in the back as he ran over. The bot, that was trying to get a hold on your family and the two kids, quickly transformed into a jet and fled.

“Are you all alright,” the red and blue bot asked, facing you. You hadn’t noticed, but your face heated up as you blushed at the bot. Though, it didn’t seem like the bot noticed before you did and reacted, hiding your blushing, red face under your (f/c) scarf.

“Everyone’s fine Optimus,” your mom said as she came out of the hiding spot. Jack ran to you and gave you a big hug as the more bots come through the portal.

“Who’s she,” a female sounding, blue and a bit pink bot asked.

“She’s my sister,” Jack answered instantly, “Well... Older sister.”

“Oh! That was so cool how you got ‘Screamers attention like that,” the girl screeched in excitement, “It was hilarious when you called him a dumb bot,” she burst out laughing.

You smiled even though you knew you could do something a lot cooler and more hilarious as you could have sent him flying and made him look stupid. But it was fine since you DID have to keep your powers hidden even if you wanted to use them on that bot for messing with your family.

“What are you doing here, anyways, (Y/n),” your mom asked walking over.

“What? I can’t just give a surprise visit to my family,” you questioned, while smirking.
