Who was that?? Why was she human?!

*Derek's POV*

"WAKE UP!!" I heard someone yell, "YOU SHOULD GET TO SCHOOL... WHO KNOWS YOU MIGHT FIND YOUR MATE!!" 

As soon as i heard mate i was up, I know what you are thinking, and yes i am a werewolf. No i don't only change during a full moon, i only get stronger. And no i dont shift back naked.

I'm the next Alpha in line behind my older brother but he is going to pass down the pack to me when i an ready. I'll be ready when i find my mate and mate her. I have dirty blond hair, I'm 6'5, and i have a muscular build.

I got up and put on a black T-shirt that hugged my body to show off my muscles, blue jeans, and my favorite pair of combat boots. I went downstairs grabbed an apple, my backpack, keys, and i was out the door. i got on my motorcycle that was black flames in a darker black. 

When i got to the campus i heard everyone talking about some new girl with a pink and black Mustang. 

"DEREK!! Overhere man"  I turned and saw my soon to be beta Max, and the rest of my pack. 

"Hey man... Ready to find your mate?" One of the guys asked, it was Luke who asked. 

"You know it." I replied. 

"I wonder if it's the new girl" Max said. 

"i got a glimps of her and she is smokin" Alex said.

"Well i gotta go and get my books and get to class," i said, "see you guys at lunch"

I turned around and headed into the senior's locker section. I felt someone run into me.

"Whatch it jackwagon!" I heard the most beautiful voice say.

I couldn't help but growl at her words, because I'm the soon to be Alpha and did not like to be disrespected. I narrowed eyes at her, I heard her gasp and my whole body relax and my eyes soften. I looked into the most beautiful hazel eyes.

MATE!!MATE!!MATE!! I heard my wolf say.

"Mine," I couldn't help but say, I smelled the air around her and she smelled like cotton candy and honey, delicious I thought. But i also smelled... HUMAN!!

What? NO? How could it be? She had to be under 18 because that is the age all werewolves start to shift. Yeah i bet that is it...

RING!!RING!!RING!!

Dammit... I looked down and saw that my mate was already up and almost sprinting to her class, my wolf wanted to follow her but i had class... I'll find her during lunch.
