New Year, New Me!

I wake to the sound of birds chirping, I opened my window, the light was shining in my eyes I felt more awake. "I feel like I'm missing something, wait what day is it today?." My eyes opened like I had a brain freeze, how did I forget today is so important. "It's the day I go to the Ninja Academy! I better hurry I don't want to be late." I put on my red blossom skirt, my white turtleneck t-shirt and my ninja shoes. I ran with my lunch forgetting to say bye to my own mum. But she knows right, I don't know. I ran though the streets everyone was staring at me weirdly but I didn't care what they think. I think I see it! A tall building that's right this is it! I slowed my pace as I arrived at the walk path, I can't wait! I had to be honest it was a big place but I knew where to go...I think, I just followed people since they would definitely be in my class right? I entered the classroom, this looks right? Everyone stared at me curiously like they haven't seen me before..wait they haven't, I need some friends otherwise I will just be lonely.

"Everyone take you're seats!",Sensei shouted. I sat quickly not wanting to get in trouble on my first day, I sat next to this boy he had navy blue hair..black eyes..and wait he is from the Uchiha Clan I just know that symbol anywhere! I was really curious but then he said something "hey what's you're name?", I replied with Yuri. "What's yours", as he replied with Katai. "SHH! No talking."  My cheeks were as red as a tomato, I was so embarrassed this was my first day I have to make a good reputation otherwise I'll be a loser! I was still thinking about how he would be from the Uchiha even Sensei had curiosity in his eyes. "Welcome to the Academy, my name is originally Kōbe but just call me Sensei, we are going to start with the basics, Kunai throwing-" he was interrupted by this kid, "what's that?". Everyone laughed I even giggled a bit like who doesn't know what is. "THAT IS ENOUGH I don't need to hear laughing stay focused, as I was saying a kunai is a ninja weapon like a knife or a blade, got it? Let's head outside, form partners". Katai was looking at me, "wanna be partners?". I nodded but in my head I was like WAIT A BOY ASKED ME TO BE HIS PARTNER AND PLUS HE IS KINDA CUTE. "We can be good friends you know I'm starting to like you", as he smiled with his adorable puppy looking face.STARTING TO LIKE ME, I was red as a clown's nose I was probably the clown. Everyone lined up and followed Sensei.

We arrived at the training course we were on grass in front of us was a ninja throwing target I think, we were handed kunai knives. "Everyone, listen up! I want you to form a single line behind Yuri, we are going to aim our kunai knives in the middle target, here I will demonstrate." He got his kunai aimed and threw the kunai, I felt anxious I squinted a bit, but when I opened my eyes it was a perfect throw like I could ever do that, everyone was shook with amazement, oh wait I forgot I'm strait up first, what luck do I have like really my luck sucks it never goes my way. "Okay Yuri, you are up!". I have butterflies in my stomach they are telling me to faint because I could never throw a perfect 10 out of 10. I positioned pretending like I was a pro but really I was a loser inside  I gulped as I took a deep breath, I was repeating to myself I got this even Katai  said that like that will help. I threw closing my eyes I looked up in shock that is impossible how! I..threw..the kunai knive.. at..Sensei.. um how he was behind me I must have REALLY, EXTREMELY AND OVER 10,000 bad aim. Everyone laughed like I was a laughing joke but the catch is I was! I was a actual tomato, I went in the back of the line luckily Sensei dodged that.One of the kids said "what a joke why are you even in the academy!". I wanted to rip the soul out of that kid but Sensei interrupted "that is enough, it is her first time got it!". Actually my second, I don't really want to talk about my first time but I said all that in my head, I made my mum go to the hospital it is as bad as that. 

It was Katai's turn I don't really know what he would get but he got a perfect score, I mean obviously he's from the Uchiha clan I mean he probably has to get a 10/10 am I right? Everyone else basically missed the board and it went either on the grass, on the tree or even god knows where. After the we returned back into our lines I was still a tomato that story will always give me tomato cheeks, we have to be with the same partners so I went with Katai he said "at least you tried I mean it was your first turn?". In my head I said NEVER REMIND ME OF THAT MOMENT, but out loud I said yeah, like maybe I should of said more? It was break time already, seriously I'm still a tomato I'm always thinking about that moment. One of Kutai's friend, I think approached him he said "hey wanna hang out?", but Kutai replied with no. That was really strange don't you think? Instead he approached me, honestly I don't know what to think like what? He said "I forgot my lunch can you please share?" And again he had puppy dog eyes. I couldn't say no after all he was really nice! So I gave him half of my food, after that he said "what clan are you from?". Honestly I could ask him the same question but wouldn't that be too deep since the Uchiha only have 1 member? I couldn't tell him since I was adopted I never really knew my real clan it could be something rare! As I did I said "I forgot the name, I don't really know?". I changed the subject to, "do you wanna be hokage?". He said "nah I just wanna be the best ninja of all". For sometime we had a good conversation like we were meant to be? Nah maybe that's to far, maybe good friends? I think so. We continue the day learning about kunai knives and how to aim. A few weeks past and and Sensei talked about these ninja groups? He was going to sort the groups out there was a sudden suspense I will die if I work with any of these people.
