Nightwing Servant

chapter 1

Snowpepper the icewing laid calmly in his bed until he heard his door open, turning back to see his parents throw a nightwing into his room, he looked at her, realizing her snout was tied shut and that she was on a leash, then his parents shut the door before she looked up at him, trembling in fear, she was quite pretty, so he stood up and got out of bed, going to examine her, keeping his normal.... tough face on as he ripped the ropes off of her snout, hearing her yelp.

He felt bad, like he hurt her, but he couldn't give away to his parents that he liked her, or maybe even her, so he started putting his talon in her mouth in search for a good tooth to pull out.

"What are you doing?!" The nightwing cried.

Snowpepper remained quiet, wiggling the nightwing's teeth as her eyes widened more.

"Please don't pull them out!" She was crying.

His gut started twisting as he heard her cry... he didn't want to make her cry... so he dropped her and locked the door.

"....just clean up my room..." he said and plopped down on the bed.

The nightwing nodded and scampered and he watched her clean his room before grabbing a golden chain, walking over and swapping it for the leash.

"...that looks much better... I'm Snowpepper... make sure to remember that..." he said.

"Starcatcher..." she said quietly.

Both cute and has a cute name... what a score... but he can't act lovey dovey towards her... his parents would kill him!

But that didn't mean he can't watch the beautiful little thing.

"Why are you watching me?" Starcatcher asked.

"No reason!" Snowpepper turned his head away humming.

He walked out, he was going to make himself something to eat, wait no, he could just have her do it, he walked back in, carefully tugging on the chain as he made her walk alongside him.

"What now sir...?" Starcatcher asked.

"Can you cook?" Snowpepper asked.

"Oh uh yes I can, why?" She asked.

"Because I want you to cook something for me..." he replied.

"Ok, what do you want master Snowpepper?" She asked him.

"I guess I want to try some salmon." He said as they entered the kitchen.
