Thursday 7:15 AM
Seemingly waking from a dream, you laid on a cold floor. Wait, no. This is a dream. You sat up to take a look at your surroundings to see an empty Freddy Fazbears, seemingly devoid of any life or movement. Until you saw something move in the corner of your eye, you immediately jumped to your feet growing completely alert as the adrenaline and fear rushed through you. “Wh-Who’s there?” You squeaked in a slightly panicked tone. “Ye shouldn’t be here lassie..” A deep voice called from the shadows. You jumped a little, but the voice sounded familiar, calming you down a bit. “Why not?” You asked in a more confident tone, but still a bit on edge. You walked towards the source of the voice, realizing it was coming from Pirate Cove. “Foxy?” You called out quietly. The curtains opened ever so slightly, and Foxy peeked out to look at you, his bright yellow eye pierced through the darkness. “It’s not safe here.” You frowned. “Then why do I keep dreaming of this place?” Foxy emerged further from the curtains. “Ye need to let go of the past, or else it’ll haunt ye forever.” He said, his bright yellow eye seemed to glow in the dim light. “But.. how?” You said in a confused tone as Foxy had completely stepped out of the curtains, he held something in his hand. A Foxy plushie. He walked up to you, the sheer size of the animatronic baffled you. He took your hand and placed the plushie in your hand as he looked you in the eyes. “Make amends, and leave the past behind. I know ye can do it lassie.” You spent some more time with Foxy, but eventually the dream faded and you drifted into a deep sleep.
Thursday 9:45 AM
You subconsciously woke up from your sleep, the beginning of your summer started a few days ago, but nothing much happened, as a matter of fact you hadn’t really talked to any of your friends for the past few days. But you had a feeling that today was different, you wouldn’t be awake if it was an ordinary day. You pondered to yourself, what could be so special about today? Your thoughts were interrupted when you heard someone walk into the room, you slowly rolled over to see your mom in the doorway. “Morning honey. Did you sleep well?” You sat up in bed and looked up at her. “Yeah, is anything going on today?” Your mom smiled, and you were almost certain you saw her smirk, which is something she only does when she’s excited or hiding something. You dangle your legs off the bed and yawned as she sat next to you. “Would you like to go to the park for lunch today?” She chirped, you looked over at the calendar on the wall next to the door. Nothing was planned for today. ‘Huh, that’s odd.’ you thought. “Yeah sure, is there anything special today?” You asked curiously. “Does it need to be special for me to spend time with my daughter?” You chuckled softly. “I guess not.” She kissed you on the cheek and stood up. “I’ve made breakfast for you downstairs.” She walked out of the room and headed downstairs. “Thanks mom, I love you.” “I love you more baby.” She said in a sweet tone. You took a deep breath, taking a moment to think about this year in school, meeting old friends, old enemies, and William. You were a little unsure about the last time you saw him, does he know? Maybe it would be safer not to talk to him for a little while, just in case.
Thursday 11:04 AM
You had just finished getting ready to go to the park when your mom called for you. “Alright baby, time to go.” She said from the living room as you jumped up from the couch and got your shoes on. As you headed out the door you saw William walking down the opposite side of the road, you walked down the steps and towards the car as you considered calling his name. After thinking about it for a while you looked over at your mom on the other side of the car, glancing at William and back at her. She sighed softly and nodded gently with a slight smile. You looked over at William and frowned a little, you looked at your reflection in the window and sighed deeply, opening the door and getting inside as you and your mom drove off to the park.
As you and your mom arrived at the park you noticed quite a bit of commotion and you looked around full of curiosity and questions. “Wow they look pretty busy today.” You mentioned to your mother. “Very.” She said simply, which made you a little suspicious but your mind was already flooding with questions that you hadn’t found answers to. As your mom pulled into the parking lot you looked around, noticing quite a few families were there, each for their own reason. “Alright I need to get something from the back, you can go ahead.” She said as she got out of the car and went around the back. “Alright, is there a specific spot you picked out?” You asked her as you looked into the park. “Yeah, the picnic tables over by the big oak tree.” She called from the trunk. You sighed quietly as you walked into the park, the songs of small birds calling floods the trees, the rowdy quacks of distant ducks and the joyful shouts of children playing fill the air. You looked around for a big oak tree, finding nothing but some small Red oaks and dogwoods so far. Eventually after wandering the park for a few minutes you found the tree, it towered over all the other trees in the park, must be at least 70 feet tall. You walked over to the old picnic tables and sat down at one as you looked around for your mom, waiting patiently. After a minute or two your mom walks over with a heavy looking box, she sets the box down on the picnic table with a soft grunt. “Okay baby, I’ve got a surprise for you, close your eyes honey.” Your eyebrows raised in anticipation, what could she possibly have to surprise you with? You reluctantly closed your eyes and placed your hands on your face to keep you from peeking. “Keep them closed.” She chirped in excitement, seeming pretty proud of the surprise. You waited for a little bit, until she put a hand on your shoulder. “Okay honey you can open your eyes.” She said as you removed your hands from your face and opened your eyes. You looked around, wondering what could be a surprise, until you noticed someone standing slightly behind your mom. It was your father.
Hey so I know this chapter was a bit short but I’ve gotten sick and I'm not feeling the best so I apologize if chapters are delayed, my brain isn’t working as good as it used to.
