Not Trusting the Ground Bridge

This the first time I'll be using characters from Rescue Bots Academy along with my human characters from my story Tough Decisions. Also, this will take place during season two of RB Academy. If  you think I should do more using this show, let me know.

Normal POV

Wheeljack figured out how to program the ground bridge to send Tracy and Bobby directly into their apartments. The duo was ecstatic since they were exhausted after helping the Autobots deal with an alien attack. At the same time, Wheeljack and Bulkhead went to energon mine that Wheeljack located a few days ago. The two enter the portal and are confused when they exit they are in shock as they look around noticing that the room looked way too large to be either of their apartments.

"Ok, Bobby, I'm seriously starting to doubt the reliability of the Ground bridge," Tracy says as her hands begin to shake, "This isn't yours or the apartment I share with Ashley, so where did that portal send us," Tracy continues as she begins to hyperventilate.

"Tracy, just relax," Bobby says in a reassuring tone," Where ever we are I know we're safe, so let look around and see if there is anyone here who can help us," Bobby continues as he gets to work trying to calm Tracy down before she has a full-blown panic attack.

Tracy nods, and the two see a flight of stairs leading up to a balcony, so they walk over to it as they reach the top. A sliding door opens, revealing the Recruits, along with their mentors and Ratchet. Tracy's heart begins to thump inside her chest even though all of them had Autobot symbols on their chest none of them looked familiar to her at all, except for Bumblebee. She did recognize the color scheme, but his Robot form did look slightly different from the two versions of him she has seen before. She starts to walk backward but goes too far, then loses her balance as she falls over the railing. Tracy grabs onto it to catch herself and tries to rain calm, but her mind instantly went into pain mode after she looked down, noticing how far the drop to the floor is. Bobby quickly turns around, grabs Tracy's wrist just as her hand slips off the rail since her hand begins to sweat and manages to pull her back up. Tracy's anxiety takes over, and the bots are confused about what is happening as they watch Bobby help Tracy sit down as she continues to shake and hyperventilate.

"What is happening to her?" Whirl asks.

"I've read about this, the human is displaying all the symptoms of a panic attack," Medix says as he and Ratchet walking over to them. "Hi, I'm Medix, and this is my Uncle Ratchet. Can we be of assistance?' Medix asks, kneeling in front of them.

"HI, Medix, I"m Bobby, and thank you for your help. But, the more people or in this case 'Bots are around, my girlfriend, Tracy, will only make her panic attack worse," Bobby explains.

Medix and Ratchet guided the two to lunge so Tracy could sit somewhere else. After Bobby was able to calm Tracy down, the rest of the group walks over into the room. Ratchet suggests that they introduce themselves one at a time to prevent Tracy from getting overstimulated again.

"Are you sure it's even safe for us to be doing this?" Hot Shot asks.

"Relax Hot Shot. You don't have to fear about maintaining your cover, I've read about a team of humans from Amber Beach who work alongside a team of Autobot before Cybertron was brought to life," Ratchet says.

"How do you know these humans are those from the story you read?" Medix asks.

"It also mentioned that the humans wore crystals around their neck, and Bobby and Tracy are wearing those same crystals," Ratchet replies.

"Hi, I'm Whirl, Tracy, are you going to be alight?" Whirl asks.

"Yes, Whirl, I'll be fine, I need to wait a bit longer for the adrenaline to wear off that's all," Tracy says.

"What is adrenaline?" Hot Shot asks.

"Is a hormone in the human body," Medix says.

"Right, Medix, it how the human body triggers a fight-or-flight response in a scary situation, or for me it happens whenever I'm in a stressful situation," Tracy says.

After Tracy and Bobby meet the Recruits, the other rescue Bots, Grimlock, and the new Bumblebee, well, this Bee was new to the duo.

"So, how did you two figure out how to activate our ground bridge?" Hoist asks.

"To be honest, we have no idea how we ended up here, we were supposed to be going back to our apartments," Bobby says.

"It's possible the signal from your ground bridge inferred with a signal from our bridge when we used it earlier today," Ratchet says.

"That makes sense, but we still have no way of getting back," Tracy says.

"If you worked with Autobots, didn't any of them teach either of you how to use it?" Hot Shot asks.

"I'm afraid not, I guess we're stuck here forever," Tracy says.
