It's now 16th of May 2018 and it's the 17th birthday of Mike Chambers. He is a populair boy on school and love to watch (and play icehockey) he have a big dream: to play in the NHL (National Hockey League) for Pittsburgh Penguins.
I have played ice hockey from the age of 6. Now played in the highest youth competition NHYL (National Youth Hockey League). And i play there now in the Pittsburgh Rhinos. When I turn 18 next year i can join the superdraft to the NHL where I am hoping to get picked by Pittsburgh Penguins
He guys, we should go play some icehockey we are all bored here says Colin after everyone was gone expect for me and my friends. I already jumps up and be excited to the others but some friends decided not to go.
After we arrived at the Pittsburgh ice hall, Colin and I makes the teams and in 5 minutes we start the game. After a while I get a free chance and get a 1v1 to the goalkeeper. He trips me (make me fell) and when I tried to break up the fall I fell hard on my arm and immediately feels a lot of pain into my arms. Everyone is schocked and Tristan ask after a silence moment: Are you okay?
I don't know answers I, my arm hurt a lot. I hope it's not broken because the season starts in one week.
After some help I take a chair and Jack also stops with playing to make the teams fair again.
J: Are you sure that you're arm not broken?
M: I don't know but I hope it's not, it's my birthday and the season starts next week. How unlucky will that be
J: Yes, I know and we need you in the team as the centre attacker but if it's broken it's need some time to heal.
M: How long I will be out then you think?
J: Probably 2, maybe even 3 months
M: 🤬
After 15 minutes we all decided to get home and I told my mom about the accident. "We will go to hospital tomorrow".
