Chapter 1: ONLY Best Friends

Nathan's POV

I love my co-stars/workers Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor and especially Jennette McCurdy. Me and Jennette are best friends! Inseparable and are always there for each other! We have had the most stupid disagreements but we've never fought our whole lives since we met each other. How do i describe who Jennette or as i and only i call her "Nettie" is? Well first of all she's really lovely and sort of the opposite of her character Sam Puckett. She's a great actress and singer and also really beautiful. No i don't have any romantic feelings towards her and yes, i am single so it wouldn't be bad if i did have a crush on her but i don't have a crush so don't get anyway ideas! Like i said, we're only best friends. Or even siblings in a way. Actually, siblings is too weird so just best friends.

We're just chilling in the iCarly set (the Shay's living room) right now doing practically nothing. Miranda and Jerry went out to get Frozen Yogurt and bringing back some for us. Dan is talking to some people and i'm sitting on the couch with Jennette talking.

Jennette's POV

I'm just talking with Nathan about random crap. It's pretty boring but i'm still having a great time with him. Even though i am getting lost in his eyes. Yeah, i have a crush on him! There's nothing wrong with that except for the fact he doesn't like me! We're only best friends. Every interview the same question is always asked "Would you ever date each other?" I never get to answer, Nathan always answers and says "Nah, we're only best friends and sometimes Nettie is like a sister to me". WELL YOU'RE A LOT MORE TO ME NATHAN! Wow, why is every- i did not just say that out loud!

Nathan: Uh Nettie, you alright? 

Jennette: Huh? Of course i am! Wh- why did you think i'm not?

Nathan: Oh i don't know because you just randomly screamed out "WELL YOU'RE A LOT MORE TO ME NATHAN!" And i'm guessing i'm that Nathan?

Jennette: Whaaaaat? Pfft, no! I was uh, talking about my um, father's, euh....... brother's thing...?

Nathan: Sure you were, but anyways, why did you say that?

Jenette: Because-

Miranda: WHO WANTS PINK BERRY?!?!

Jennette: Ooh i do! I'll tell you late Nathe, i wanna get my Fro-Yo on!

Nathan: Yeah just tell me later, i want my Pink Berry too!

Jennette's POV

I should really shut up next time! I grabbed my cup of yogurt and quickly walk into my dressing room. I wanted to be alone really. I just sit on the couch and eat my yogurt in silence and peace..... 'til i get a text from Nathan.

To: Nettie ❤
Hey, where r u? R u ok? U just ran off b4! And also im still waiting on my answer. Stop stalling this time! xxx 

I decided to text back saying.....

Sry 2 scare u like that Nathe! I didn't mean 2. And, im fine! Dw bout me, im just in my dressing room coz tbh i want some peace and quiet right now and i also wanna b alone 2. I will give u my answer 2 u, just l8er tho. xxx

I'm being honest though. I really wanted to be alone. Although having Nathan's arms snaking around me and him kissing me wouldn't hurt. I would absolutely love that! But, like he said, we're best frie- *phone buzzes off* DAMMIT NATHAN RUINING MY MOMENT AND THOUGHTS!

Ok, gud. Ur alright! Thats all i wanted 2 hear, besides u telling me y u shouted that out but watevr. Oh and, ik u, u only like being alone when sumthing is bothering u. Wat's bothering u Nettie? Plz talk 2 me instead of "I need some alone time Nathe" . Plz Nettie? Tell me wat's bothering u! xxx

I decide to shout out "YOU NOT LOVING ME BACK, THAT'S WHAT'S BOTHERING ME!" and after i shouted, i slid my back against the door and cry.
