I wake up in a cold, black room. It is nothing like the one with A'nyah. Fear overcomes me and I begin to shake. My body convulses rapidly. I don't know what is wrong. I try to sleep, but my eyes stay open. Finally, a feeling of fatigue washes over me and I calm down.
I guess i fell asleep because I wake up in another boy's body. This time his name is Sean Jones. I don't really understand what's going on except that I have a gun in my hand pointed towards a body. It's Jaylon's body. Who is Sean Jones? And why did he kill me?
Suddenly someone hits my back. I turn around and it's A'nyah.
Me: Hey A'nyah, I don't-
A'nyah: Is she dead?
Me: Who?
A'nyah: Sky. Is she dead?
Me: Well Jaylon is dead and-
A'nyah: Great!
Me: Great?
A'nyah: Yes great. I hated her. Ever since she killed me, I have been trying to find a way and kill her.
Me: You have?
A'nyah: Yes! We have been through this before. I possessed Prince's body and killed her. It wasn't really him.
Me: A'nyah, why?
A'nyah: She betrayed me. She killed me Sean. I haven't been able to live a good life considering I am dead.
I am on the verge of tears. My best friend tried to kill me. I can't even function right now. My hands are shaking tremendously.
Me: It was an accident.
A'nyah: Yeah well I could give a damn. She ruined my life.
Me: I trusted you.
A'nyah: Yeah and I trusted you. You did good today Sean. Here is your money.
She hands me at least $2,000. My mouth is agape. I can't even deal right now. I dropped the money and run. I don't know where I am going. Finally my legs stop and I look up. I am right in front of A'nyah's old and abandoned house. I walk through the door and go upstairs to her old room. The blood stain is still on the floor. I lash out. I punched the wall repeatedly, leaving holes everywhere. Tears stream down my face. She did this to me.
I can't stay in the house much longer. I run to the next place that comes to mind. Prince' house. I speed past my house and in 7 minutes I arrive. I knock once, then twice, then one more time. The door opens and Prince's head pops out.
Prince: How did you know that? Only Sky knew that knock code.
Me: I am Sky.
