Laying under the stars was truly a calming experience, even Jotaro had to admit that. The white lights finally shimmered brightly, not hidden by any of the bright city lights of Japan. It was...beautiful, really. It was quiet, tranquil.

It would have been better if a certain curly haired boy wasn't beside him though. At least he isn't rambling about his beliefs like always, Jotaro suppressed a sigh of relief.

Though, it felt...odd? He was used to hearing something to do with the unexplainable, or legends, or anything. The quiet was...too quiet. It was silent. It was comfortable..but was it nice? Not exactly. He felt the need for something to be said.

"Tell me about the stars, Noriaki."

Kakyoin perked up. "H-Huh?"

"The stars, what kind of...exēgeisthai is there for that?"

"I'm gonna assume you mean explanation and...uh.." the red head tapped his chin in thought. "...the alignment, I think. Yeah!"

"The alignment? Of what?"

"The celestial bodies known as stars. They're always aligned in some sort of particular way. It's believed they decide fate," he reached his hand up to the dark sky. "The fate of each person. They call it The Path of Celeste."

"And why do they call it that?" Jotaro asked, doing the same as Kakyoin had done.

"You're asking more questions than ever, Jojo," Kakyoin chuckled, then continued, "Celeste is the Goddess of the Stars, therefore also the Goddess of Fate."

"..huh."

"Well...I should thank Celeste she aligned the stars so well. I eventually got to meet you, even if not in the best conditions," Noriaki turned his head and smiled at Jotaro.

Jotaro's face got a little hot. "...yeah..."

The shorter turned back to the stars, a soft smile on his lips. The latter gazed at him for a heartbeat, admiring how the starlight gently outlined his face. It made his breath catch in his throat. "...Kakyoin..."

"Hm?" Noriaki faced him once again.

It was dumb of him, but he decided to not hold back. Jojo, in a swift motion, gently grasped the former's chin and leaned in.

"Nn?-"

Jotaro interlocked their lips in a kiss.
