Chapter 5

A few minutes had passed as I finally got to the park. "Hey!" I hear a voice call out in the distance. I looked over to where the noise was, it was the boy I was supposed to meet up with. He was waving his arm to get my attention as I walked over to him. "You actually came I didn't really think you would come." He says as we found a picnic table and sat down at it. "Well I like to keep my promises..." I say as I lightly giggle in an awkward tone. "That's good." The boy had said as he then paused for a second. "Oh! I never introduce myself yet! I'm Ino, and you are?..." He says he held out his hand. "Nice to meet you Ino, I'm Syrin, Syrin Sh- Hise! Syrin Hise!" I said as I started to scold myself. "Wait ago Syrin! You almost told him that your a Shigaraki! How foolish and dumb can you get?! He woulda ran if you said it! He probably thinks you suspicious now!" I go and shake his hand. "Well nice to meet you to Syrin Hise" he says as we stop shaking each others hands. "You can just call me Syrin." I say to him as he nods.

Me and Ino talked for hours. It wasn't really important stuff mainly just about everyday stuff and about our quirks. I never had this kinda fun in my life, after all dad and the rest of the league would only just care about getting me trained to be a villain, and school wasn't any better knowing that I'm a monster to everyone and who would wanna be friends with a monster?

I checked the time. "Shit! I should probably start heading back home!" I say as I collected my things and got up from the table we sat at. "Hey before you go would it be alright if I got your number? Just so we can keep in touch and hang out again sometime!" He asked. "Yeah sure that should be fine." I say as I grabbed my pone as he did the same, and we swapped phones and added each others info then handed our phones back.

"Alright thanks so much!" He said as he started to collect his things. "You want me to walk you home?" He asked. "Oh you don't have to after all wouldn't it be a little to much for you anyway?" I had said in a shaky tone, since I didn't want to bother him that much. I had completely forgetting about the base, and the league. "Nah it's completely fine! It's what friends do for eachother!" He says as he has this warm comforting smile on his face. "What friends do for each other..." That sentence play over and over again in my head. "Yeah that'll go away quickly....once he finds out how much of a monster I really am...." I would think to myself. "And this way no one can take advantage of you." He joked as I got out of my dumb depressing thoughts as I got a bit embarrassed from what he said. "I-I'm not that weak!" I say in a slightly annoyed tone as I lightly pouted as he laughed. "Sure, that's totally why you're pouting like you just got all flustered." He says in a smug tone as he had that smug look to him. "Oh shut up! I'm not flustered." I say as I nudged him slightly in a friendly manor as we head to the base.

We stopped at an alleyway that lead right to the base as it then hit me. "Wait to go asshole! You lead him right to the base! How dumb can you get!?" I scolded myself, of course not out loud or otherwise I'd be done for. "W-well we're here now! S-so thanks for the f-fun and I ho-hope to see yo-you soon!" I said awkwardly making it seem pretty obvious. I wasn't the best at some most lies but sometimes it works. "You sure?" He asked as he cocked up a brow and tilted his head lightly. "I can walk you to your door!" He added.

"I-I don't think you would-" all of a sudden a her a scratchy voice from behind me "wouldn't what?.." I turn around to see my father, of course it's him I'm right outside of the base of course he could see Ino! "O-oh hey dad....." I say slightly shocked from his appearance.
