Harper's P.O.V
" I CAN'T BELIEVE I WOKE UP LATE!" I yell running down the sidewalk. I totally missed the bus. It wasn't till i ran smack into someone that i realized I had been running with my eyes closed. "Hey are you ok?" a somehow familiar voice said, putting there had out to help. "yeah. I'm ok." I replied, taking their hand. I looked up and knew who it was. I stepped back startled. It was Ally. The girl that always bullied me when we where 7. "I...I better get to class" I say running as fast as I could. I walked in to the class and was immediately noticed by the teacher. " You're late again Miss.Harper" She said. "I'm sorry ma'am, it wont happen again." I replied knowing that I'd probably end up late tomorrow too. I was just too shook to pay attention in class.
Ally, the girl I loved from the very beginning, the girl who for some reason always found a way to hate me. She was back. could this be my chance at a happy ending? Or am i crazy? After school the teacher gave me after school detention for not taking notes. So I didn't get home till 5:00. Its not like its the first time this has happened and I never seem to learn my lesson. My phone rings. I answer.
Harper: Hello?
Mom: hey honey how was school?
Harper: It was fine mom.
Mom: Thats good, but I just wanted to let you know i was gonna be home late.
Harper: Ok, mom. I gotta go tho.
Mom: Bye honey. Make sure you lock the doors.
Harper: I will. Bye.
I hang up. I lock all the doors and eat dinner, which was the potato soup my mom made last night. After i take a shower I lay on my bed an think about what happened this morning. Shes back, I thought, Ally, you're finally back. But do you still hate me after all that has happened?
