Chapter 2

"So we will come visiting in a few months. I love you my babies" cried my emotional mom.

"Mom, just go!! You have been telling us bye for 30 minutes already"

"She's right honey let's go we will talk to them when we land" said my dad.

Finally she agreed and they left.

Blake and I rushed to the house and when we got there the first thing we did us eat our fav cereal with loads of milk and sugar, watch out favourite shows, played loud music and a bunch of other stuff that we won't be able to do if our mom was around just to celebrate our newly found freedom.

For the first month we diligently talked to mom and dad every day but in the second month due one reason or the other our communication started weaning.

We enrolled in to the same university.

We started our personal companies with our pocket money and some help from our dad which grew fast and become among top ten companies in Uk and top fifteen in Europe in less than a year we also got signed in by Query beats one of the best record label in the world .

We went on tours during our school break. It was hectic for us but we loved it .

Blake and I were signed in as a duet called Cico . We loved our jobs but didn't like press so we wore masks to sing like Alan Walker's and employed people after series of test to act as the CEO of our company .

As our company and fame kept rising it meant more travels so we had to switch to online classes.

On one of this travels Blake met his girlfriend Diane she stays in England like us but in Manchester while we are in London.

Diane was simply what I call a first class bitch . I hate her with everything I've got but my brother is too if in lov-scrap that infatuated with her to see her real sel- "Nica it time"

Speak of the idiot.

"Nica seriously be quick. I don't want to be late for Diane's birthday"

"Then don't make me go with you ! You know that I don't like her so why are you making me go for her birthday ? I mean you already forced me to get her a gift . You know what ? I coming give me 5 minutes"

I had a change of mind when I remembered the other gift I set up for her and I didn't want to miss a chance to humiliate and expose her royal bitchness .

So like I said in 5 minutes I was already in the car . When we got Diane's house the party well more like gathering, it had not really started although guests comprising of ladies in their best evening gowns and guys in their tux all sipping cheap champagne from cheap glasses all waiting for the celebrant to join them and commence the dinner, had all arrived .

At a certain corner of the room was a gift booth to drop the gifts brought for Diane . I looked to my side to ask my brother were the celebrant was only to find the spot empty of course he has gone to search for her .

I took a flute of champagne from one of the few neatly dressed waiters to keep me busy while scanning at the crowd of people who will soon wear surprised expressions on their faces .

After a while her royal bitchness decided to Grace her poor subjects with her presence with my brother escorting her.

She saw me a shot a glare then continued greet her guests . Finally after what felt like years she asked us to find our seat at the table using the name cards place in front and enjoy our dinner .

After a while I got bored as I did not like the food it tasted bland and horrible . So I asked to be excused and went to the toilet then I put my plan into action I connected my phone to her house speakers, called her secret boyfriend well soon to be ex who had no idea about being kept secret.

I had wired the house some days ago so I knew what to do . I called her boyfriend Greg I think and set it so he hears Diane and my brother talking but when he talks it is amplified by the speakers so every body hears .

I smiled thinking of the outcome. As much as I hated her if she wasn't cheating I wouldn't have done this .

I went back to the table and sat suddenly finding appetite to eat her bland food . Mid eating he reacted as he now understood the situation .

"Diane, just because I'm not there you decided to cheat on me even with everything I have gone through for you . We done I can't do this I gave up so much for you and this is what you repay me with . I should have known bye. " The line dropped .

"What ?!!" My brother exclaimed

"No it's not what you think she started only to be cut off by my brother. "

"Really ? Cause I what I think is that you have been playing me . I should have believed my sister when she said no to trust you and just your ex boyfriend said we are done."

"No please . I'm sorry I love you" cried Diane grabbing my brother's arm .

He yanked his hand out of her grip, rounded the table to my seat and pulled me up without saying anything . He didn't even ask if was ready to leave although I was . Then I remembered something and asked him to wait . Before he could ask why I released myself from his grip, walked to Diane, gave her a resounding slap that made my finger lines show on her makeup packed face then picked up a flute, poured the champagne in it all over her giving her dress a permanent stain, warned her to stay away from my brother and his friends. Then I walked away from her grabbed my brother's arm and left .

I took the keys from my brother as he did not seem stable enough to drive back home.

We made a stop at McDonald's to get food and ice cream from a shop beside us. We got home had baths and ate our food while watching big bang theory reruns that we had downloaded before.

My brother cried himself to sleep in my shoulders making me regret exposing Diane but I comforted myself by telling myself that he would have still found out . While thinking of ways that he would have found out I fell asleep .

So this is chapter 2 of Life Playlist and I must say I'm starting to enjoy writing this book and for the first time I wrote 1k + words I'm excited to start the next chapter.
