Present Day
It was raining, the sky was dark, the ground was damp. Aizawa would have normally wanted to just stay at home but today was special. Aizawa needed to talk to an old friend. He stepped out of his car and opened his umbrella as he started walking. Surrounded by the graves of the fallen heroes before him Aizawa remembered that day. He stopped at a grave that read Oboro Shirakumo. Aizawa knelt down, he knew that he would have mud stains on his pants but he didn't care.
Aizawa: Hey Oboro it's been a long time hasn't it, I'm teaching a class of students that you'd like, they will all be great heroes someday.
Aizawa sat there for awhile sticking his umbrella into the wet ground. The rain was getting louder in the background. Aizawa tried to think of what to say next, he knew Oboro wouldn't answer but...
Aizawa: Remember the good days, when it was the three of us. Me, You and Yamada. Yamada doesn't show it but he misses you too. It's just not the same without you. *pauses* I've been thinking about the first time we had met, back on our first day at U.A
Teaching children was something Aizawa had thought of especially on his first day of U.A. It was 16 years ago back when Aizawa didn't know what his future held, when the world was much simpler and times were better. It was real the good days, it's too bad we didn't appreciate it sooner...
