Chapter 10: New Friend

"How's everything going" he asked

How is he such a cutie like someone explain please

"Everything is going pretty well I actually got a job" I smiled

"That's amazing"
"Come on tell me about it, you know you want to" he laughed after a short paused

I rolled over to the other side to put my phone on charge while still facetiming him

"Okay ok, I work as a personal photographer for CNCO"

"I hope they are nice"

"No they punched me in my stomach, of course they are nice I love working with them that why I agreed to work with them" I said in a DUH sarcastic tone. He just rolled his eyes

We were both staring into our eyes through the screen not saying a word just silence but a comforting one

"Take a screenshot it will last longer" I said breaking the silence

"Okay you asked for it" he said and actually took a screenshot

"I wasn't ready" I whined
"Anyway how's it going over in Britain"

"Bad because you're not here with me" he said sadly
"But I did meet a new friend"

"Ok cool I hope they keep you company"

"Hope so too but how did you like your surprise" he smirked

"Am I the only one who didn't know about it but yeah I loved it"

"That's good I would be have come as well but I'm busy with work you know"

"Its okay don't worry" I said yawning. I tried to hide it but unfortunately he saw it

"Ok my precious I think it's time for you to go sleep"

"Pero no quiero I miss you and I want to talk to you (I don't want to)" I whined again

"I miss you too but I'm sure you will regret it in the morning" he gave a light chuckle

"Fine" I gave in

"Goodnight babygirl" he said

"Goodnight" I said and hanged up

I put my phone on my nightstand while it's still charging and went to do my night routine and went to my parents in the guest room to tell them goodnight. Once I was back upstairs, I made my comfortable under the covers and memories from our relationship came flashing back making me shed a tear but I kept myself from crying and tried to go to sleep.

ERICK POV

I woke up to the smell of breakfast and the shouting of my mom telling me to wake up.

Today was the day that my mom and sister's little family to leave to go to Cuba for a few weeks it was earlier than expected but I'm willing to spend as much time as I can, well thats what I've been doing these past day when I'm home.

For the time being I'm was gonna be staying at Velez's house aka Christopher's house since I can't cook, except for pancakes and stuff like that, or do anything in this house. I would have stayed at Joel's house but they were having guests over for a few days.

"Erick Brian Colon levántate ahora (get up now)" my mom shouted oops I'm in trouble now that she was using full names. Don't get me wrong I love her with my whole heart but sometimes she annoys me.

"Estoy despierto (I'm awake)" I said and went to the bathroom to do my business and got changed

I got changed in some simple grey jeans, a plain navy blue shirt with my black jacket and let my hair be but still had a hair tie on my wrist in case I want to put it up and went downstairs.
