I woke up to the annoying buzz coming from my phone I roll over so I'm facing my bed side table that my phone is on top of i press the snooze Botton and try and fall asleep again "why did I set an alarm?" I ask my self "shit" I whisper I have school today I stand up and walk into my bathroom locking the door behind me, I hop into the shower after making the water warm, once I get out I go to my walk in closet to find the right outfit, I grab a floral playsuit and black boots, after I'm dressed I walk down stairs to get something to eat I ended up having lucky charms and a glass of water, as I eat I go on my phone, I get a text from Hayes,
H: hey, we walking to school?
G: yeah I just need to put make up on then I'm ready
H: ok but u don't need make up, it just hides your true beauty
G: that's not what everyone else thinks, anyway got to go bye
And with that I turned my phone off put my bowl in the sink then went up stair and back into my bathroom to do my make up, once I'm done I text hayes telling him I'm ready I walk down stairs and grab my white and tan bag and my tie dye penny board and walked out side to find hayes having trouble opening my gate "hey need some help there" I laugh he looks up to meet my eyes "uh, yes please" he said blushing I laugh and walk to my gate to help him, once my gate is open hayes gives me a hug "well hello, look who's all huggy today" I say hugging back "aha, yeah well anyway let's go so we can get to school on time for once" he laughs "ok" I say back and with that we start penny boarding to school

"Hey Gabby!" A voice yelled I turn around to see john aka the boy I've had a secret crush on for a really long time he has beautiful green eyes, light brown hair, we've been friends for about 2 years now "hey" I yell back as he walks towards me "I was just wondering if you were doing something Friday" he says "um I don't think so, why?" I ask "I was wondering if you would like to go on a, umm, date?" He asked looking down, I was speechless, did John Lerex really just ask me out? The boy I've had a huge crush on for like so long really just ask ME out? "I-I understand if you" I cut him "I would love to go on a date with you" I say hugging him he was surprised at first but hugged back "ok I'll pick you up 5:00 Friday?" He says more like a question "that works for me" I say back "ok I have to go, see you tomorrow" he says and walks away "Gaby bear!" I hear someone yell from behind me and I know it's Hayes only he calls me Gaby bear, I turn around and yell "hayesey poo" he jogs up to me "I thought you said you were gonna stop calling me that" he says "and I thought you were gonna stop calling me Gaby bear" I shoot back,

"you will always be my Gaby bear" he says back

"Always?" I ask

"Always" he says and pulls me into a hug.
