After that everything seemed as close to perfect as it was going to get, but I should've known it wouldn't last long. Artist threw me the most perfect birthday celebration ever, and he bought me my dream car. It was like I couldn't have asked for anything else. I had Easton and I had Artist; they were like my own little family. But like I said everything was too perfect...

It was 3am and somebody was knocking on my door making Easton start barking. I got up and opened the door seeing it was Manny, Mike, and Don. Don was bruised so I stepped aside and let them in.

Sincere: What the fuck is going on?

Manny: I'm sorry Sincere

Sincere: What you mean you sorry? Where Artist? What happened to Don?

Mike: We was out handling business, it was supposed to be simple, but they came with some serious pressure and they got Artist

Sincere: What the fuck you mean they got him? Let's go get him

Don: He's dead Sincere

Sincere: No, he's not...where he at?

Manny: They shot him Sincere...

Sincere: Y'all just left him there?! What if he okay? I-you-

I started to hyperventilate as the room started spinning. My mind flooded started to flood of memories with Artist and I ended up on my floor sobbing.

Sincere: GO FIND HIM! BRING ME MY BABY! NOWWWW!

Manny and Mike left leaving me and Don alone. The next day they sent Chloe to come and get Don and I, and I walked into Artist house hoping this shit was a bad dream and they were wrong. But all they handed me was his favorite hoodie, now blood stained. My heart shattered into a million pieces as I held it close to me, I could almost feel his heartbeat through it.

Sincere: Where is he?

Manny: We think the gang clean up crew got him...there's no telling where they put him.

Sincere: This shit can't be happening, I just got him back and y'all just let them shoot him?! Y'all supposed to have his fucking back and then y'all just left him there! What kind of fucking gang are y'all?! He died in a cold ass warehouse...alone. Y'all left him alone...

The room started spinning again and I had to sit down. Everywhere I looked I was seeing memories I'd had with Artist playing. This isn't how we were supposed to end...I was going to marry him and have as many babies as he wanted. I looked down at the blood-stained hoodie and realized this was real. This wasn't a bad dream.

Chloe: What do you wanna do Sincere?

I didn't have an answer because even if we were fighting, I never imagined a life without Artist. I looked up at her and everybody else in the room who were looking to me for an answer.

Sincere: I don't know
