We Will Never Change

Chapter 2

Louis' POV

I was stood still, my hands trembling and worry taking over me even more second by second. I looked over at Harry, he had the exact same body language and facial expression. He was on the brink of tears and all I wanted to do was a hug him and tell him that everything will be fine.

More and more names were called out, then it was the last one. Neither mine or Harry's name were called out. I'm not through. I felt like I could cry but I had to stay strong. I looked over at my mum and gave her the sign that i didn't get through, but she was there holding her thumbs up, still thinking that I was getting through. I walked over to her and told her. I looked at her eyes, and sorrow filled her eyes as I let a few tears slip from tear ducts onto my cheeks. I looked back at Harry and he was a mess, Harry strawn everywhere and tears rolling down his face. As I was about to leave, I was called out to the stage with another 4 boys.

Before I knew it I was on the stage with Harry, Niall, Liam and Zayn. We were all puzzled immensely with what was going on, when Simon started talking. "I've decided to put you 5 together as a band, you're going through!" I immediately jumped onto Harry and he carried me around the stage as everyone was cheering and clapping. This is the best moment of my life.

Harry's POV

"I've decided to put you 5 together as a band, you're going through!"

I was still trying to process those words in my head. I looked over next to me and saw Louis running at me. He jumped and I automatically caught him. He wrapped his legs around my torso and was smiling against my neck, god he smelt amazing. Wait what? What are you thinking Harry? I shrugged off the thoughts in my head and we left the stage whilst thanking all the judges.

"The act that won't be winning X Factor 2010 is...

One direction!"

My heart shattered into a thousand pieces. I looked over at Louis, he held his head down to the ground. The rest of the band looked dismal, like they had just been stabbed.

"Is this the end of one direction?"

"No, this certainly isn't the end of One Direction, we will be back, and thank you for having us!" Zayn said, trying to keep it all together. We thanked the judges and walked off the stage, forever. Or would it?!
