[hara's pov]
it has already been a week and jun messaged me saying their flight was delayed. i joined jeonghan on the couch with coffee in my hands. jeonghan was watching the news so i kinda lost interest but then they mentioned the flight from china to korea.

"flight ch5421 has crashed on its way back to korea. flight containing more than 1000 people, some injured, some dead and some not found. bodys were sent to the hospital nearest to the airport at ** hospital." i spat my coffee.

tears wanted fall, "ming- ren- jun-" my lips were shaking.

"hara." i heard jeonghan calling my name.

"n-no, we have to go!" i said, grabbing my coat in the cold weather and rushing to jeonghan's car.

"hara! wait up!" he screamed, grabbing his car keys and immediately, we went in the direction of the hospital stated.

by now, tears dropped drip by drip. renjun, my friend since we were 7. jun, my friend ever since we started high school and minghao, my everything. i can't afford to loose anyone, not now.

"are the passangers from flight ch5421 here?" i asked the lady at the counter as she scrolled through a book.

"yes, who are you here for?" she asked and handed me a tissue to wipe my tears.

"x-xu minghao, wen jun-junhui and huang renjun." i stated as she sighed.

"well huang renjun is here but i'm afraid the other 2 boys are missing maam. renjun's ward number is 127." she said as i felt my heart immediately breaking apart.

jun and minghao aren't here? missing? i collapsed on the ground as jeonghan tried pulling me up and carried me to renjun's ward. we saw his friends there, jaemin, haechan and jeno.

"in-injun..." i breathed out as i saw his state.

there were needles along his arm and an oxygen mask helping him breathe.

"his ribcage was- some of his bones in his ribcage was broken." haechan said as renjun smiled weakly at me.

"ha-hara, you came." he managed to say as he took off his mask.

i pulled him into a not so tight hug since the needles would hurt. my eyes watered as i hugged him slightly tighter.

"i'm so-sorry.. jun and ming-hao aren't found yet. i was one of those missing o-ones." he explained the whole situation and put his oxygen mask back on.

we spent almost our whole day at the hospital and jeonghan decided to drive us back home. i collapsed on my bed as i fidgetted with the ring on my finger, a small mood ring.

"i promise to come back okay? we can still see each other even if we're other sides of the world."

his words repeated in my head. tears welled up in my eyes every minute, thinking about him and jun. where could they be right now?
