Izuku was walking home, scarred from his encounter with Bakugo after school. When he started glowing an odd blue light. He woke up in a dojo of some kind. He heard a faint step and said, "W-who's T-the-re" That was when six people came out of hiding. Two wore green hoods, one wore red glasses and a purple jumpsuit, one had a tattoo of two dragons, one looked like an elf, and the last one was a human woman. Izuku was slightly scared, but he felt an aura, something that made him somewhat calm. When he looked closer he saw all the figures had bows. Izuku stood up and gathered the courage to say, "Who are you, and why am I here?" He noticed that only one archer spoke. The archer said, "I'm Oliver Queen, they will tell you their names when they want. As for why your here, someone has been going through universes. They have been killing the archers, because the persons downfall would be when an archer kills him." Izuku sat there thinking and asked, "Why me? You could pick anyone, someone with a really powerful quirk, and you chose someone who's quirkless." Most archers look confused and Oliver said, "What are quirks?" Izuku realized that these people have probably never heard of quirks and said, "They're superpowers, they're very common where I'm from. I was born powerless though, I got these scars from a bully." When Izuku showed his scars they realized how bad it would be if everyone had a power. That made them even more determined to help this kid. A different guy spoke up and said, "I'm Clint Barton, I know how it feels. I was on a team with a green beast, living tree, and thunder god, but I'm still strong." The two dragons said, "I am Hanzo Shimada. I had been teamed with a talking gorilla, cowboy, cyborg ninja, and ghost. It takes some getting used to, but it works." The other green hood exclaimed, "I'm Robin Hood, I had to run from an entire kingdom!" Izuku didn't know what to say and just sat quietly until the elf talked, "I'm Legolas, I have fought countless powerful armies." The lady spoke and seemed bored, "I'm Katniss Everdeen, I had to fight in a gladiatorial fashion against many people and won."
Izuku sat there and stared blankly before saying, "None of you have answered why I'm here though?" Clint face palmed and said, "Oh yeah, we're gonna train you. Just because you don't have a quirk, doesn't mean you're powerless." Izuku looked straight at them and said, "If you really want to, then go ahead and train me." They had many years of bow training, and even learning some of the smarts that everyone had. When Izuku was eight they had him make his own arrows, he made a napalm arrow that melted steel without a problem. A duplication arrow that duplicates itself every time it hits something, practically giving him infinite arrows. A cryogenic arrow capable of freezing a skyscraper, and a thunderstorm arrow that produces the electric shock of lightning. During the time of him making arrows he remembered the entrance exam. He walked into their dojo and said, "I might have forgotten to mention something, I really wanted to go to a school known as UA in my universe. The entrance exams happen on my twentieth birthday, and you need to be at least twenty to enter UA."
The adults stared at each other before Hanzo said, "Izuku, I want you to meet someone." A blue glow filled the room before a cyborg ninja appeared ready to fight. When the ninja saw Hanzo the sword dropped and he said, "Brother, is it really you?" Hanzo nodded and said, "This is Izuku, consider him a nephew. He has been training under me and the other archers here. I hope you can teach him too Genji" Genji nodded and sighed before saying, "I'm glad to see you are at least able to contact me. I'll teach him what I can, but is he related by blood?" Hanzo shook his head no and spoke with sadness, "No, so he can not learn to control the dragons, but he is plenty powerful without them." Genji stared at Izuku and said, "lets train then." Izuku gulped at how he said it, and two grueling years of sword training went by until he was more skilled than Genji, even with his dragon activated. Izuku was ten when Clint came up and said, "We can't leave this place, but you can. We want you to go to our worlds, and meet our friends. Learn from them, but before you go, let us teach you how to summon them to your location. Only use this if you really need it. You have ten years till your exam, Katniss doesn't have anyone for you to meet, but that means that you have two years in all our universes.
Izuku went across all their universes, he brought their bows with him so they knew he was being truthful. When in Hanzo's world he meet both Overwatch and Talon. He actually found a way to stop the fight they had, he even met some who weren't allies with either group. They all made him a friend. He decided to go to Hawkeye's world and meet with the Avengers, and his morning family. He promised that he would get revenge on his killer at all costs, this earned him the respect of Drax the destroyer. Turns out he went through something similar. He learned to make a vibranium cover for his bow arm that also functioned like Iron Man's (RIP) armor, this allowed him to level a city with one blast, he never told anyone that though, and made friends with all the Avengers.
After he got into Green Arrows world he searched for the Justice League. He quickly befriended almost all of them, but he had to beat Batman in a duel to earn his respect. Batman threw smoke bombs, and Izuku just deflected them, blinding the bat in the process. Then his respect was earned. Izuku went to Robin's world and found he didn't have much there. Izuku only spent a day in his dimension since there was nothing. There were some in Legolas's world, but not to much. Izuku had about a month left before the exams, so he used some skills Torbjörn taught him and made a bow and sword. He based both weapons on Genji's sword to show respect.

He was very pleased with the design and smiled, turns out the exams were today. He packed five napalm, five cryogenic, five thunderstorm, and one duplication arrow. He was ready to kick everyone's head in. Robot heads that is. No human brain squishes today.
(It is going to be harem with only people from his universe. To clear up some slight confusion, he can teleport people from their world, but refuses to take to many. He lost his stuttering during his training and now fires quips like Green Arrow.)
