Chapter 7

It's been a month and I know remember everything.

All the boys were over and it was late out. We all decided to sit outside and play truth or dare.

(A/N nothing dirty I promise😂)

We sat down and nash said he'd start.

"Mia, truth or dare?" He asked.

"Dare," she responded.

"Mia, you do realize that this is nash we're talking about and you just asked him to give you a dare..." I trailed off.

"Too late!" Nash screamed. "Mia I dare you to go run outside, knock on a neighbors door, hug them, and then run away."

Mia looked at me with a "wtf" look.

I laughed and mouthed to her, "well at least it's not dirty."

"True," she said out loud.

She walked over to the house next to ours and knocked on the door. A teenage boy opened the door. She hugged him and ran, with him running after her. Oh crap.

The guy started catching up to her and Mia started sprinting. I've never seen her run so quick.

He caught up to her and grabbed her from behind.

"The names Dylan," he said, "and I think you have a scrape on your forehead."

"What!" Mia shrieked, touching her forehead everywhere.

"Yup, heaven is awfully far away, and to think you just fell from it!"

Aww he flirted with her. Then I remembered hayes...

I looked over and he had anger in his eyes. Oh frick.

He walked over to Dylan and extended his hand.

"The names hayes, I'm Mia's boyfriend."

Dylan's eyes widened, and Mia rolled hers.

"I'm soo sorry," he said.

Dylan turned around and started to walk inside.

Zayum.

We went back to the circle and started the game again.

"Taylor," Mia said, "truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"Ok, I dare you to pick up that Barbie towel over there and start singing the Barbie song in a really bratty voice," she said.

I pulled out my camera and started recording. He wrapped the towel around himself and started singing.

"I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world," and he went on. When he was done I clicked the button that stopped recording and it made that dinging sound. He looked at me.

"Delete that now," he gave me the death stare.

He started coming toward me and I picked up my phone and started running around the pool. He got closer and all the boys died of laughter. He got closer and closer and before I knew it, he pushed me. I threw my phone to keep it from getting wet. Splash! I hit the water.

Everyone was laughing and I pulled myself out of the pool. I wrung out the bottom part of my shirt and sat back down. At least my shirts not white this time.

We continued playing the game until everyone had gone twice. We went back inside and everyone went to go and watch a movie while I had to take a shower. Thanks Taylor.

I came downstairs after I took my shower in my pajamas. So basically I was in gray sweatpants and a white shirt. Once I got to the couch they had finished the first movie, and now they wanted to watch another one. Matt went and picked the scariest one they had, Freddie Kruger.

I love scary movies so I was super excited. I looked over and sort of laughed at Mia because she absolutely despises them. She was sitting up on one couch with hayes and I was sitting by myself with nash on one side and matt on the other. I hope he doesn't pull some crap where he puts his arm around me or something.

I was so into the movie. Everyone was scared out of their mind except for nash and me.

"She looks like a fried potato!" Nash said I broke into a fit of laughter.

There was one part of the movie where I actually got scared and screamed. I grabbed Nash's arm so hard it left a mark. He just laughed at me.

I'm especially irritated with matt today because he's making a big deal out of all of it. He thinks that I like him ever since he kissed me. lol no.

Everyone decided that we should go to the carnival down the street. Nash said that Dylan could come, so Mia ran over and got him and then we all started to head over.

We got to the front of the line for the Ferris wheel, finally. That felt like forever. The Ferris wheel had those carts where only two people could fit in. So Shawn and carter went in one, Jack and Jack in another and so on. Then there was matt, hayes, Dylan, aaron, Mia, and me left over. I got to the front and was ready to get on it with Mia, when the person running it stopped me.

"I'm sorry ma'am, but this is a couples ride. You need to go on with a boy. This one looks nice," he said pointing to matt.

"But-" he cut me off by pushing us in the cart, me first, then matt. Taylor must have bribed him.

While he was securing us in, i whispered to the guy, "put that girl with that boy," I said pointing to Mia and Dylan. He nodded.

Hayes was next and he was basically dragging Mia behind him. The guy shoved hayes in the cart and told Mia to wait. He then put aaron next to hayes and Mia and Dylan were on the cart behind them.

I scooted away from matt and he got the message that I didn't really like him. So he didn't say anything. All of a sudden the cart stopped with us at the top. I'm not scared of heights but we were stopped, with only a bar holding us in, and the cart swaying.

The Ferris wheel employee called up, "sorry guys! The Ferris wheel is having some malfunctions! Looks like you'll be up there for a couple hours! And it looks like it's about to rain. At least you brought your jackets."

I look around. Of course Mia and I are the only people who left our jackets in the car. Yipee. Not.

Something snapped and made a loud noise. I screamed and grabbed onto matt. He smirked and I let go of him. This was going to be a long ride.
