Prince in disguise kamukoma

Chapter one

(I wasn't planning on actually making this a fanfic for a while but the ideas kept coming so this exists also the wonderful artwork for the cover was created by yours truly!!! I'm gonna change this up a bit from the one shot so enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!)

Thousands of years ago in jabberwock island a witch arrived to the kingdom and wanted to converse with the royal family. She was stopped in her tracks by the royal guard. When she saw the fear in the queens eye. She cursed the kamakura family name. The kamakura family kid unable to bare a female child. Legend has it that that the first female born after the curse will be born with bright red ombré hair and a curse to cough out flowers. And a few hidden powers special towards the child. If a male child is given these abilities then they would be cursed with a female like appearance and painful changes when their powers manifest.

I was not so lucky.

"Ilizabeth wake up." I heard a tapping on some sort of table where was I? "Ilizabeth" I lifted up my head. I was sitting at some sort of desk. Oh right I was in class. I was kind of ignoring the lesson. Hajime seemed to be ignoring it too. Our teacher seemed to notice. She seemed to just give up. "Alright you two take a five minute break to get some air. Return after and focus. Alright?" We both nodded and got up "alright ms yukizome"

"Ilizabeth can I talk to you after class as well?" Crap. "Am I in trouble?" Now she asks? "No you're not" I let out a sigh. "We will be back here in five promise!" Hajime grabbed my arm and dragged me out of our classroom. "Hey izuru you ok?" I nodded "yea just tired haven't had much sleep. I've been forced to study the prophecy and how to rule a kingdom and those studies all because I'm the first prince and the prophet I'm just tired is all." Hajime hugged me. "Hey don't be like that we are twin brothers after all we will rule together."

We will rule together.

Together.

"Izuru."

I had lost myself for a second didn't I? "ILIZABETH!!! SHES COVERED IN FLOWER PETALS HELP!!!" What? Mom? Dad? What's happening to me? "She's coughing up flower petals come on help me get her to the infirmary." Based on the prophecy I should manifest powers of some sort the moment I cough up flower petals. "Is he gonna be alright mom?" I was rushed into the infirmary by my own mother and father. "Yes based on the prophecy this is actually a good sign. Well depending on his powers that is." Mother's voice was calming to me.

"Izuru what happened to him?" Hajime was panicking. "We were just talking and he just collapsed and flower petals basically came flowing out of his mouth." What? "He will be fine he just needs rest. Hajime will you watch over him while he rests in his room. I don't want him here while there are sick staff here don't need him getting sick." He nodded and helped me walk to my room. "Hey thank you Hajime." He was sobbing. "I was so worried about you izzy!" I hugged him "hey it's alright Hajime see I'm ok" I wasn't ok my head was throbbing and the rest of my body felt broken. He set me in my bed and laid down next to me.

"I'm worried about you still. I haven't done any research over the prophecy but I feel like I should do a little to understand it better!" Hajime you wouldn't understand even with research. This is dangerous. "I can tell you a bit about it." We heard glass shatter. "Hajime we need to hide. NOW" I helped him up and we ran to the infirmary quickly. "Glass shattered somewhere I have a bad feeling about it." Our head nurse nodded "come here there is a crawl space under this desk hide under it. My daughter mikan will hide with you. Go." We nodded and went with mikan. I heard footsteps around the castle. Hajime and mikan were trembling.

I was trembling.

Flower petals. Specific flower petals. These read grief sorrow and death.

Why?

A woman's scream. Mom. Another sound of glass shattering. Another scream but this one was of agony. More glass. More screams. Both a man and woman screaming. More petals. More screams. When will this end. The crawl space was opened up. "It's safe now the guards caught the intruder." The screams ended a few moments before the crawl space was opened. "What happened?" She sighed. "Follow me children." More petals. We were led to mom and dads room. Blood. Everywhere. Mom. Dad.

They're dead.

I ran over to them with tears in my eyes. "I.....zu...ru.........." mom she's still alive!!!! "You..... will.... be.. a.......... good..... king." Silence followed and even more petals. She stopped breathing. "Mom!!!" Hajime collapsed to his knees. The head nurse and maid picked us up and carried us out. "It will be ok you two." We were both trembling. Tears streaming down our cheeks. "They're dead." When we were carried to the hallway between our rooms the two carrying us hesitated.

"Please don't separate us." We both pleaded silently. "We won't" we were both carried into my bedroom. "You two need rest" we were shaking and crying. "You probably won't be able to after that. It's alright" silence........ they left us together. I didn't realize but Hajime did.

My powers manifested

Time skip

Damnit why him. He came here so suddenly. Dads brother. Uncle haiji. Ew. I hate him. "Oh ilizabeth Hajime it's been so long!!!" I smacked his hand away and so did Hajime we both buried our emotions since yesterday. Mom and dad were dead we excepted that reality but him king. That's my spot. But I'm too young to be crowned king.

Mom. Dad. They wouldn't want this. Haiji doesn't belong on the throne especially after he went to treason. He wasn't even allowed to be here on jabberwock when mom and dad found out he was trying to marry young women for their money and body.

My powers are still weak but I can't show them. I'll be called a monster for sure. To be able to create things out of thin air is terrifying. Hajime said so himself. He witnessed me create red spikes out of my back yesterday. The nurse and head maid walked into the room and saw it. It was the most painful thing I've ever felt and they left marks.

Time skip

Me and Hajime have went separate ways after haiji was in the throne. He's tried to make me his wife and Hajime locked himself away. The young guards that are getting trained to battle have taught me some of the stuff they know so I can protect myself against him. He's tried to do some bad stuff to me. Today was the only day Hajime came out of his room. It was for mom and dads funeral. After the funeral he disappeared and I was left having to handle our stupid uncle. I've only coughed up petals that showed my denial. God I've wanted to suffocate on them so I don't have to deal with haiji.

I've tried to use my powers but have been stopped everytime. I cant use them or I'll be labeled a monster for sure.

(Sorry it got dark quick I went more into detail than I did in the one shot but soon shit will get interesting!!!! Also they are 6 in this part. Haiji is yes a pedophile like he was in the games but yes he isn't able to do shit because of izurus training causing him to not be able to get close to izuru. Also the power he is talking about that manifested he can grow red spikes out of his back and with them can be used as weapons.)
