Chapter 0- Prologue

Hope's Peak Academy, the school for Ultimates with Gifted  Talents. A very special school I'm getting into. There are two Hope's Peak Academy. One, the Ultimate academy and the other one is... Umm, I actually don't know myself. But rumors said that it exactly looked the same.

I was about to enter the school I always attend at. When I entered, I felt myself dizzy. My eyes struggled to keep it wide but it was too much. I feel my eyes shut down and black surrounded my sight. I don't remember who am I. I don't know where I am.

I tried to open my eyes, and the first thing I saw is- a group of students? W-wha? "Hey are you ok?" A blonde guy asked me. "Y-yes, I'm fine." I answered. He stretched out his arms and helped me get up. "Where are we?" A female redhead with glasses asked.

Suddenly, a bear with half white (right side) and black (left side) appeared. Is this a stuffed bear? "Greetings students!" It greeted. And it TALKED!?

"I am MONOKUMA and I am your headmaster!" He said and gave us a creepy smile. I shivered.

"Wait! Monokuma, I have a question! Why is there only 16 of us?" The sunset haired girl asked.

"Upupupu, good question." Monokuma said. "No specific reason about it." He answered. Wait what?

"That doesn't even make sense!" I yelled.

"It makes perfect sense!" He yelled back.

Everyone is getting confused and shock about the events happening right now. I, myself can even say that.

"Actually, you know what? Those school uniforms are way too boring. How about have a little change?" Monokuma continued as I look at another student. He have a brown brunett hair, green grassy eyes, and same uniform as me.

Monokuma threw some clothes to us and this is what I received (Her Clothes in the game). Hmm, not bad.

The others looked good on their clothes. This blonde guy looked so handsome that I blushed so much. The others had a few change at themselves while I kept my classic dark brunette hair in a high ponytail and adjusted my hairpin.

"There! Now you all look like Ultimates!" Monokuma exclaimed excitedly. This made me scared trough my skin.

"Now, since I've told you that you look like Ultimates, I'm gonna tell you guys about something important. And the most important information goes tooo..." Monokuma spins the wheel to see who will get the most important information. It stopped at my pixelated face. Huh?

"The most important information goes to, you!" Monokuma pointed at me. "Jessica Hayamatsu!" He screamed. I pointed at myself, asking if Jessica Hayamatsu is me.

"Of course you're Jessica Hayamatsu! Hmm, I see you don't know who you are. Welp, let me help you guys remember yourselves!" He pointed a flashlight in front of me and turned it on. I shut my eyes tightly for the light is too bright!

And then, I saw myself, along with another boy. "You ready to enter the school sis?" He asked. "Yup! Ready as I'll ever be! I'm so excited!" We entered the school at the same time with smiles at our faces.

"Hey Jessica?" He caught my attention. "Yes Jesse?" I asked. "Be careful, would ya?" Jesse asked me with concern. "I will!" I answered with a wide smile.

The flashback ended and my head ached. Ow. The boy, Jesse and I shot glances. We knew each other?

"Upupupu. Looks like you saw your flashback with your twin brother, Jessica." Monokuma spins around and jumped in front of me. It caught me by surprise.

"Let me tell you something!" He told me and gestured his hand, telling me that he'll whisper something at my ear. I wonder what it is. I obeyed and leaned down.

"The mastermind is around you..." He whispered which made me surprised. Mastermind? What mastermind? Monokuma backed away and smirked.

"Welp, if you wish to leave the school, you have only one way to do it...." Through my curiosity, I wanted to know that way. At my face, showed a determined expression but inside, is a fearful emotion.

"That way is to kill each other!" He excitedly exclaim. We all stood shock at what he just said. We didn't want to lose our lives. We're all just high schoolers who are still learning more and more each day.

"T-that's the only way!?" The dark skinned guy asked.

"THAT'S the only way you have!" Monokuma answered, grinning widely which is creepy.

"We have different methods for killing and you guys know it! We have weapons and anything you need to cover up your crime! Just make sure you won't get caught! 'cuz if you get caught as the blackened, you'll get executed! But if you weren't caught as the culprit, I'll execute the rest instead and the blackened will graduate and is allowed to leave!" Monokuma explained.

"That's all for the opening ceremony! I still have a lot to say but that'll be too much Spoilers for the fun! Bye bye!" And with that, he vanished.

What are we all going to do!?

A/N- Hey there guys! It has been forever since I've made a fanfic! Eh, my reason behind this is because we had a self quarantine here at PH cuz President Duterte just declared Community Quarantine. Since we don't have Wi-Fi at our house, I've waited for so long to post this, we're not allowed outside our houses cuz the Department of Education (DepEd) told that whoever student will go out of their house will have their Advisory class teacher contacted, telling them that they didn't told us about keeping ourselves safe inside our houses. I didn't want to trouble my teacher so I waited patiently until this whole Covid-19 has ended.

Lucky me, I have a chance today to go out of my house and go to Palayan City which my dad really have to go at. I know that the capital here had already declared Community Lockdown, now the place is just a Ghost Town, just like when Mt. Taak erupted where Bluegirl lives.
