The sun woke Jack up the very next day. "Aahhhh," Jack said as he covered his eyes with his arm. It was a beautiful day. The sky was bright blue and there were a couple of white puffy clouds in the sky that looked like marshmallows. He reached into his bag and pulled out a small blue box that said in silver writing revolver ammunition. He picked up six of the shiny silver bullets and set each one carefully in the revolver. He put his camouflage backpack on and started walking down the road again. The burnt field was soon nowhere in sight. He walked a little bit further until he reached woods with tall trees and dark green and dying leaves. The road ended and now Jack was just standing on dark black soil with dead patches of yellow grass here and there. He could hear the honking of geese by the Lake and he could smell rotting fish. "Yuck," Jack said with disgust. He hated the smell of rotten fish. All of a sudden Jack saw a shiny metal sign that looked like no one ever touched it. It had orange and brown stains that Jack figured was rust. Jack adjusted his eyes so he could read the faint writing. He finally made out the words WELCOME TO LAKE ANDERSON. Jack pulled out his gun ready for the biggest fight of his life.
He walked along the black road until the sun went down and the moon came up. It was a full moon that night. It was like a giant blue lightbulb in the night sky. The crickets started making their faint cricking noise. Cricckkk, cricckkkk. His footsteps made a crunch on the black soil. Jack began to feel like he was being watched so he stayed alert until he reached the Lake He stepped on something squishy. Sweech. Jack looked down and barely saw a pile of fish bones that had tiny specs of pink moldy meat left on them. Jack let out a loud ougggghhhhhh! He vomited. Pink and green vomit shot all over the disgusting black ground. He wiped what was left of the vomit off his lips and covered his nose with his shirt. He looked across Lake Anderson and saw a glowing yellow light that looked like the light from a candle. He swam across the lake and his shirt got soaked with the nasty green water. The smell of fish went away and his stomach let out an angry growl. He was starving because he hadn't eaten in days on end. He reached into his bag and pulled out the two liter of coke. He chugged the entire bottle down like it was nothing. He chucked the bottle into the gross green lake and started munching down on his Doritos. When those were all gone he tossed the bag into the lake next to the coke bottle.
Jack started walking and the green water started dripping down his soaked Wolverine shirt that said in bold letters ITS CLOBBERING TIME. The boy started walking up a big hill that had lots of little pot holes. There was no grass on that hill just the same nasty black crunchy soil. When he approached the light he realized that it was an old dusty lantern. There were three of four of them around the brown wooden cabin. The cabin looked deserted but Jack knew his friend was in there with Slicer. All of a sudden the last five of Slicer's gang members walked out of the woods with shotguns gripped tight in their filthy hands. The only thing different about these clowns was that their masks didn't have a smily face. The face on these clown masks was a clown face but the mouth was open with sharp white fangs pointing out of them like razor sharp blades.
Jack shot the first one in the stomach and blood flew out of the wound. The clown gripped his stomach and fell to the ground with a loud thud! They all started firing bullets left and right. Jack ran behind the house waiting for the right time to strike. Just then all the clowns needed to reload their double barrel shouguns. He hopped out from behind the house and shot the last of Slicer's gang in the head. BANG BANG BANG BANG! Jack only had one bullet left in his gun and he thought to himself "I'll use this on Slicer". He walked to the door of the house and gripped the rusted copper handle. He knew this could possibly be the day that he died. He rested his hand on the handle. He was terrified but he didn't come all this way for nothing. He turned the handle and opened the door. The door creaked when he opened it. The house was lit up by the lanterns. The floor was rotted wood and so were the walls. most of the windows were smashed and glass was shattered all over the floor. Jack turned his body and walked into the kitchen. He saw his friend Bob tied up in a chair and Slicer was next to him with a needle. The needle had a green fluid in it and Jack knew it was poison.
Slicer held the needle with the green liquid in it up to Bob's neck and said "Well I was starting to think you wouldn't come. But it's great that you came to join the party."
"Let him go, you idiot." Jack said.
"That wasn't our agreement now, was it. Our agreement wa... "
BANG click click click! Jack shot Slicer right in his yellow clown chest. He fell over and blood started dripping down out of his chest were the bullet hit him. Slicer grabbed Jack's arm and bit it. The boy pulled his knife out of his pocket and SLICE. He slit Slicer's throat wide open so you could see his adams apple. Blood squirted and splashed out of Slicer's neck. It was originally painted white but now it was stained a strange dark shade of red. Blood drizzled out of four deep holes in Jack's arm where the teeth sank into him. He stomped on Slicer's skull and left a bloody footmark on his head.Jack pulled out his Bear Grylls knife and cut the tan rope away from his friend's body. Bob had cuts all down his arm and cuts all over his stomach. Bob said stuttering and crying, "Hhhhhhhiiiss phone is is is is onn the the cccounter. Cccall nine nine nine one one one."
Jack replied, "Ok, we'll be alright buddy it's all over now."
He grabbed the red smartphone on the counter and dialed 911. The man on the other end said, "911 what's your emergency?"
"We need the paramedics. My friend was hurt by Slicer."
"Look kid if this is a jo..." responded the dispatcher.
"It's not a joke," interrupted Jack. "We're at the old abandoned house at Lake Anderson."
"Ok were sending the Paramedics to your location."
Jack said, "Ok thanks," and hung up the phone. In less than ten minutes the paramedics came and took Jack and Bob away to the hospital.TEN YEARS LATER
