Chapter 3

Levi's POV 

"Do you really?" 

His words cutted my heart like a knife. I looked at him but I knew he thought I wouldn't care at all. But before I even opened my mouth, he started to walk away as if he didn't want an answer. I ran towards him but didn't have time to catch him.

The next day I went back to the town, with Hanji,  because I forgot some stuff. Then I saw a small little girl who was lost and crying. Hanji took my hand and we ran over to the little girl.

"What's your name sweetie?" said Hanji

"Yumir Fritz," the little blonde girl said

"Are you lost to want me to get back to your parents?"

"Um yes..."

"Where's the last time you saw your parents?" Hanji said while she was holding my wrist. I got free afterward.

"My big brother was sitting on a bench and I ...saw a butterfly and I..." the small child said as she was wiping her tears.

Hanji took the hand of the small girl and we ran over to the nearest parc. The little girl then took place and telling us which bench it was. Of course, we were confused since they look all the same to us. 

"ah~ Big brother!" Yumir yelled

"Sir you should be more carefu.." Hanji stood still while her mouth was wide open.

"Ah~ This is my big brother Eren Yeager." The kid cherished.

Me and Hanji couldn't say a word, the brunette male stood off the bench and walks towards us. 

"Thank you," he said softly before walking away with the child. I had to talk to him but still didn't have the courage to. Then Hanji started to follow him, with confusion, I stopped her and ask her why the hell she was following him.

"I wanna know where he lives! SO we can visit him." She said, " who knows you can have him back or something cause I still ship it." I sighed ( again with this stuff what age are you Hanji?.)  I thought to my self. We head over to follow the brown-haired male that was already far from us. We ran until we catch him, I was wondering if he really meant it yesterday. But I did not let it distract me. We stopped at a small apartment with 4 floors. Three on the top and one underground. Me and Hanji went to see if there was a receptionist. Unlucky we did not see one. I sighed when I looked up and saw a Man walking to go outside. He came from the underground apartments.

"Um excuse me but do you know if there is a certain Eren Yeager living here?" Hanji asks the man with large eyes.

"Um well y-yes he's my neighbor, he lives with a small girl we know each other. I'm a teacher and I teach the small girl school stuff since he doesn't have the money to pay for a school assignment ." the man said. He soon walked out of the building in embarrassment.

Eren's POV

" I'm sorry Nii-san~ I should 've warned you next time..." Yumir said,

"it's ok just don't go far."

"Hey, Eren? Do you know those people?"

I just went quiet, I mean I do but what will she think of me if a was the enemy before. Well she just a kid, but still she is smarter than other 8 years old kids.

"Um yes, The girl was a squad leader and the male was a captain."

"Squad leader of what?" Her eyes were full of curiosity. She was so cute I couldn't resist telling her.

"Well, I was part of the survey corps to kill all the titans."

"so you were with them?"

"yes, and I know you're disappointed but if you want to leave me now you know I'm a traitor you ca-"

"I think it amazing!" she told me " how was it.

I passed the hole three hours telling her the whole story, of course, she had the curiosity of Hanji-san, I stopped at an unpleasant memory. She asks me why but I just told her she needed to get some rest. I placed Yumir on a small bed and sang her a lullaby.

I stopped when I saw her asleep, I was happy to have her, She was what only has left me.

"Tomorrow we will meet them Yumir if you are interested that much" I kissed her forehead and went to bed to it was late around 10 o'clock.
