"𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬"

Jennie POV

My partner and I are in his car a jet black Lamborghini. It was silent and him and I didn't speak, his father isn't wrong. He is cold. It was an awkward ride. He didn't tell me where we were going and I didn't asked either. I just assume that we were heading for a mission.

After a while we stopped and I was wrong.

We were at a coffee shop. What mission takes place in a coffee shop?

"Get down," My partner said quickly.

I just nod and we got down the car.

I shut the door and followed his lead. We entered the cozy looking coffee shop and we approached the counter.

"Hello Mr. Manoban, nice to see you here again," The baristas said.

"Hello Chan, can I have the usual please?" He said and smiled. Oh so he comes here often, so he likes coffee.

"Large ice blended Mocha Frap coming up," The guy at the counter said.

Then my partner turned around, "Want something?" He asked.

"I'll have a Americano please," I said and smiled.

I was about to take my wallet out and pay but he stopped me.

"It's ok, I'll pay," He said and gave me a small smile. And I just smile back.

"Let's go," He said and I followed him. We sat down on a table with couches around the corner.

"So, what's your name?" He asked. Wow, didn't his father already introduce me?

"Didn't you hear it when your dad introduced me?" I said with sas.

"Aish, just tell me your name,"

"Jennie Kim,"

"I'm-" He was about to say something but I cut him off.

"Liam Manoban, see at least I know your name. Rude ass,"

"Wow, someone has an attitude,"

"Only towards you Idiot," I said folding my arms and leaning back on the couch.

"Jennifer-"

"It's Jennie,"

"Oops, Jennie. Do you have a boyfriend?"

Wow I wasn't expecting to hear that in the first minute of our first ever conversation.

"And it concerns you because.....?"

"Just curious..." Liam said looking out the window averting my eyes.

"No I don't Mr.Manoban,"

"Ew, don't call me that it's too formal, just Liam,"

"Ok rude ass,"

"Whatever Miss attitude," He said rolling his eyes. With our little arguments we didn't even realize that our coffee has arrived.

"By the way Liam, why aren't we going on a mission first?"

"Because I want to get to know my partner first," He said and showed me his bright smile again and I physically stopped. His smile is so pretty from this range. I smiled looking at him smiling.

"What's with the idiot smile?" He said chuckling.

"Your smile is very attractive,"

"Geez Jennie, I get that I'm handsome but you don't have to bring it out so much,"

"Unbelievable," I said and he laughed. It's the cutest little laugh ever. I swear I want to hear him laugh more.

"So do you come to this coffee shop often?" I asked.

"Yeah, I come here to get my coffee,"

We began to talk more to know each other after all, Mr. Marco said that Liam has a sweet side to him and I don't want to see his cold ass every day when I attend work.

"So when will we get to the missions?"

"Uhh, we can go now, c'mon let's go,"

We pull up in a hotel and Liam reached to the cabinet of his car and pulled out two pistols.

"Here,"

I took the gun and hid it in my pocket.

We got down the vehicle and entered the hotel.

"You ready?" I asked and giggled.

"C'mon, I've been doing this for a year now,"

"I've done this for two," I said and chuckled.

"So you're older than me huh?"

"Yeah so pay your respects Liam,"

"Yes noona," He said using his baby tone.

We approached the receptionist and asked the way to room 075 that's where our target is.

"Fifth Floor," The receptionist said.

"Thank you," I said and we headed for the elevator. While in the elevator Liam gave me a black mask to wear and we both put it on.

Ding. The doors opened and we walk down the hallway and found room 075 and we tried opening the door.

"Locked." I said.

We thought about how to open it for a second, "Ah! Got it!" Liam said and got his gun out and shot the doorknob.

Then he kicked the door down and revealed our target Bruce Smyth. He was in a blue tux and on his phone.

When he heard the door burst open, he turned around as saw us, his smile fade away.

"Wait, wait, wait," The man knew what was about to happen.

"Please wait, I promise I'll pay you guys back next week." Everyone who owes the Manoban Company money and doesn't pay up will be exterminated.

"You had your time Mr. Smyth, It's time to go," Liam pulled out his pocket knife.

"Wait! I can pay now,"

"Then pay up!" I yelled.

Bruce made his way to the side of his bed and held a briefcase and he slowly opened it with his back facing us.

Suddenly he pulled out a gun from his briefcase and pointed it at Liam's head.

"Drop the gun!" The man yelled to me.

I look at Liam who was not at all bothered and nodded at me

I trust him so I slowly drop the weapon arm and held my hands up in the air.

"Now-" Bruce was about to say something but Liam kicked his crotch causing him to groan in pain.

"Oof," I said underneath my breath.

His hand now on his crotch while his gun still pointed at us.

Liam kicked his arm which made the gun fall and Liam caught it mid air and pointed the gun at him. Damn you have no idea how cool that looked.

"Last words Mr. Smyth?" Liam asked.

"Fuck y-"

Bang.

Bruce Smyth was now dead and one mission down.
